Meanwhile, clearly unaware of what was correctly going on outside the outskirts of the base, Lyon was correctly laying in a small pool of warm water as he was relaxing his body after the day-to-day job of his going out into the deepest part of the city to clear out all the zombies and beasts residential their.

He was not alone, Twain as well as Dike was also with him. "Although we barely feel anything from this since our body doesn't feel stress, it's still present to stay in the water after all," Dike said hopping up and down in the water.

"Hey, stop that, I don't want any disturbance," Lyon scolded Dike and the little boy jump out from the pool and ran towards Levi.

"Scoof...,"

"How can fully grown-up men like you two be doing this, especially you lyon, you are the person that is running this base now till nate returns, why are you behaving like this," Levi said to lyon and Twain.

Lyons eyes which were closed before opened as he glanced at Levi. "There is one thing you should know about Lyon, and that is he had no sweet childhood experiences like anyone else, all his childhood experiences have been horrific and terrible, I don't blame him if he does this," Lynn was the one to speak for lyon. "Thanks for understanding me sis," Lyon said and closed his eyes again.

"What was I expecting you to say," Levi lamented to herself. However, not long, the atmosphere in the hall pool changed as even lyon opened his eyes.

"Did you guys hear that?" he suddenly said.

"What?" everyone asked looking at him strangely.

"The ground just shook, I'm sure of that," Lyon by this time was already out of the pool. He was wearing swimming short while in the pool but had his up body exposed. One could clearly see his abs muscles as they bodge.

Seeing this will make any women's face red, even Lynn's face turned red but was slapped out of it by Levi. "Are you crazy? He's your brother!" Levi said gnashing her teeth because Lynn's face was still red. "I'm poured to have a brother like him," Lynn whispered.

Meanwhile, all the others were busy trying to hear what Lyon was trying to hear. It was at this time that the large door leading to the pool hall was opened and Bull alongside Mark walked in. "We're being attacked," Mark announced.

"We already know," Lyon said but was looking at Mark for an explanation.

"The strange thing about these attackers is that unlike before the system will recognize them as intruders, nothing was happening this time, even their arriver wasn't announced," Mark explained further.

This had made everyone's face in the room frown. Ever since Nate privileged the system to them, if someone that doesn't belong to the horde was to step foot into their territory, even if it was a foot, the system will report back to Nate, not just only Nate and to those that he privileges the system to, but this strange intruder were able to step into the territory without them knowing or to say without the system reporting back.

"Okay, what can we do other than confronting them," Lyon said and was ready to leave for the fighting scene when Bull blocked his path.

"Don't act rashly, these people were able to trick the system and you just want to confront them like that, we need a plan," Bull said. Obviously, he was the only one that can speak to lyon freely out of the entire nate horde cycle.

"Fine, set up a hologram of what is happening out there and then send someone out to confront them," lyon instructed Mark.

A holographic screen soon appeared in the centre of the hall while displaying all that is happening outside.

In total, they could see that the intruders were five in number, but only two that has been acting so far and none of the people in the base was able to do anything to them rather it was the other way around. Lyon gnashed his teeth in anger. "Did these people get weaker or something," Lyon said and clenched his fist. "Nate will be disappointed if he sees this when he gets back," he said subconsciously.

Nate was currently observing the two people that were fighting their base men. One was a red-haired man that wasn't shying out from showing his face and strength while the second person had a cloak covering his body and it made it hard for Lyon to see his face because this person was fast and there was a strong axe weapon on this particular person hand that will change shape from time to time.

"Just when is he going to arrive at the scene?!" Lyon said angrily and soon the person they were waiting for arrived to come.

One was a man that flew to the scene with a white eagle wing on his back. Following him was a man whose body was sloppy skin with snake-type skin. "They are finally here, now let's see what you two are going to do," Lyon exclaimed in joy but they soon disappeared when he saw what the two people did when arriving at the scene.

"Are they crazy? Why are they bowing to that redhead man?" Twain asked. "It must be some sort of power," Lynn said.

On hearing his, Lyons body started to transform and he dashed out from the hall.

"Quick let's go after him," Bull instructed the others.

Meanwhile, unknown to both lyon and the others, they were worried for nothing because the person they thought was a threat was actually nate. Since Nate and the others appeared out of nowhere at the base, they have been a mistake as hostiles and before they could explain, the men in the base decided to attack straight away.

Although Nate could simply end this whole mess by linking to lyon or someone else high in the base, he just want to know how much stronger the horde has gotten without him and so far, he was impressed because not only had the base materials being upgraded to a higher quality with the beast crystal and meteorite stones, they have also been given to people that were quite skilled in using them.

Since Nate doesn't want to kill anyone mistakenly, he has been using the ice axe while turning it into something that resembles the tnt gauntlet. With a slight touch, he will freeze his opponent and then because knocking them out and then turn the ice axe into a shield to block the bullets of the guns.

He has been doing pretty fine alone but Sin still decided to join in the fight he wasn't gentle at all, he was doing the opposite of what Nate was doing. Nate could only hope none of the soldiers die.

Luckily, it didn't take long for Sin to join the fight, two people arrived which made Sin stop for a moment and looked at them. "Surprise!" Sin exclaimed with a smile that sent shivers down the two people's spines.

"Hold fire!" the man with the eagle wing shouted to the men that were shooting and everyone stopped shooting.

"Boss..., I thought you .."

"Dead?" Sin interrupted the man as he kept walking forward to the two men that just arrived. "I have no time for that," Sin continued to walk till he was eventually standing in front of the two men.

"We are sorry, we betrayed," the two men fall I their knees and bend their heads.

"I understand that you guys were sane at that moment," Sin said. "We anyone should be blamed, it is the matrix and I'm back to hunt them down for messing with me," Sin said.

Nate eventually catches up to Sin. "It seems like you have quite some loyal subordinates, that's fine though but you still have a problem to deal with first," Just as nate finished saying this, a figure landed heavily on the ground sending a powerful shock wave out to the surroundings knocking down some part of buildings and even sending some flying.

"How dare you attack my base!" Lyon shouted and rushed towards Sin.
