1 Boyfriend Needed!!

<The full book isn't available here!!>

"Wowwww! Where can I see Vampires?" Nabi exclaimed, looking at the TV screen, where a girl was in the arms of a handsome honey-eyed boy, followed by 'THE END' note.

Nabi was always fond of Vampire series and novels. She has completed watching and reading every book and series released related to Vampires. The crazy for Vampire wasn't just for a year or two; she has been a fan, almost a devotee to Vampire stuff.

As she was deeply involved in recalling the movie and smiling to herself, "Nabi!Nabi!" a voice roared, followed by a knock on the door.

"Get In!" Nabi yelled.

A girl in a light pink dress entered the room gracefully dancing.

Nabi, who was absorbed in the movie thoughts, didn't even bother to glance at her.

"Why aren't you not ready yet?" the girl sadly whispered in the feeblest voice.

Though her voice was not audible to most of the humans, to Nabi, it was clear enough to drag her back to reality and to remember her promise to Hana to set a boyfriend for her.

Putting the half-filled popcorn bowl on the stool, she stood up, dropping a few popcorn pieces from her dress, which she probably spilt while excitedly watching her vampire movie.

"Why should I dress up? Shouldn't all the eyes be on my beautiful friend?" Nabi said as she adjusted a hair strand falling on Hana's face.

Hana's face lit up hearing those words, and that smile formed a cute dimple on her cheek. Though Hana was more on the chubby side, her fair skin always gathered enough attention from guys. The dress she wore was perfectly doing its job to make her look thin.

Adjusting her hair in the mirror, Nabi inquired Hana about the qualities she was looking for in her boyfriend. Even though Hana was her friend for three years, boys were never their cup of tea. Hana was always involved in her studies or reading various books. In the same way, Nabi too spends most of the time either watching Vampire movies or reading Vampire books.

Holding the popcorn bowl in one hand and gobbling popcorn with the other, Hana muttered, "No idea."

Nabi, who was applying lipstick, was awestruck by the answer but was also irritated, "Then how should I help you?" she screamed.

Startled by her friend anger, Hana smiled cutely and exclaimed, "It's fine if he is a good guy."

Nabi immediately threw the lipstick on the desk and turned towards Hana. Looking at Hana, who was innocently eating popcorn, the rage that she had a second ago disappeared. Hana was never interested in watching movies or boyfriend talks and even rarely spoke with the opposite sex. Since she was very reserved and passive outside the hostel, no one approached her even though she was cute and charming.

Understanding that she should deal with her with patience, Nabi sat beside Hana placing her hand on Hana's shoulder, "Do you think that I would give your hand to a bad person?" she asked calmly with a warm smile. Hana chuckled, watching Nabi speak in a motherly tone.

Though Nabi was annoyed, she was confused about what and how to speak with her. While she was thinking, Hana interrupted and asked her what traits she was looking for in her partner.

Hearing the word 'PARTNER', she remembered the words which a shaman told her. It was during a semester break when her mother had forced her to visit a shaman. The main reason for that visit was because Nabi has been dreaming a happy but weird scene from a young age. She used to wake up smiling from sleep and told her mother that a handsome man was moving fast, carrying a girl in his arms. Her eyes used to spark brightly, and the lips stretched to the ears every time she explained the dream and the guy.

There were also days that she would be upset the whole day for not seeing that boy in the dream. Even after a decade and a half, Nabi still wakes up with the same guy in mind, but fewer times compared to her childhood.

When she and her mom visited the shaman, just by a glance at Nabi, she commented, "You will meet your partner and will have a happy life... BUT....be careful child" and left the room. Though they were frightened by the 'careful' word, the 'happy life' word brought some happiness on their faces.

As Nabi emerged in thought, Hana giggled and mentioned that even she didn't know about boys. Teasing her, she questioned, "Did you ever talk to a boy except for Ian?"

Suddenly an idea came to Nabi's mind. She took her phone from the table and dialled Ian.

Nabi: "Meet me at the cafeteria in 10 minutes."

Ian: "Ok." (He cut the call as though he was accepting an order from his boss)

Ian is Nabi's childhood friend. He and Nabi studied in the same school and currently pursuing in the same University too. Ian always cared and displayed affection towards Nabi, but Nabi was only concerned or talked about Vampires most of the time.

Nabi stood up and put her mobile in her back pocket. "You must firstly socialize to get a boyfriend. I will ask Ian to help you meet some guys," she claimed as she patted her shoulder herself for the achievement.

Hana's lip corners stretched downwards hearing that. Cursing her mouth for blabbering, she sat facepalmed. Indeed she was terrified that she must meet new people. But she didn't let her worry show on her face, as she knew that Nabi was helping her and that she should let go of her fear to face society. "Ok!", she answered keeping her head down and trembling, gazing at the floor.

Nabi, who has been her friend for the past three years, understood her friend was worried but self-assured that Ian would take care of her. "Fine, hurry up, we have to meet Ian," she exclaimed hastily, not to let Hana understand that she acknowledged her nervousness.
