Hunt Begins

Eli walked toward the inner region of the forest and started to hunt the 4-9 Star Rank Monsters.

This time he didn't need anything else other than soul crystal.

Initially, it felt a little awkward due to the new weapons but soon he mastered it without much problem.

His level in Ember will be a beginner and as for Celestria, he uses as he felt because he had only one weapon mastery and that was also given by someone.

So he focused mostly on the Ember, as he walked towards another prey, he heard a sound,

Turning around, Eli saw a group of people wearing armor and some weapons 3 Girls and 2 Boys looked at him.

"Yes?" Eli asked politely.

"You are the one who hurt our Hero, right?" a brown-haired boy with armor and shield asked hostilely.

Eli pondered for a bit and said, "If you are asking Kayden, then 'Yes'".

An arrow passed Eli as he looked at the black-haired girl with a bow in her hand.

"You dodged it..ah."

"You bastard, calling our Hero's name without respect" as she readied another bow.

"You are attacking another student, this will harm your credits and you may get suspended" Eli calmly analyzed the situation and said the rules.

"Haha...Haha"

"Hahaha..Hahah"

"AA....are you sure this is the coward who hurt our hero?"

"I mean look at him he was just soulless and had a trident on his back, the only person we knew was that coward"

"Haha...You see we are not going to kill a soulless fellow, we just want to teach a lesson for a person like...you" as they walked toward him.

A yellow flame appeared on the Ember and chains wrapped around his left hand and with a single swing,

One girl and one boy's heads were removed from their shoulder, it was so clean as slowly their body fell.

'What the..? I was only able to get a glimpse of a single yellow line' The brown-haired boy was shocked, it was just a fluke he raised his shield but that saved him.

"Y-You, what did y-you do?" one of the girls fell on her butt.

"BASTARD!" another black-haired girl shouted as she pointed her wand at Eli and,

/"Oh, God of Flame, lend this servant of yours scared power to burn my enemies"

"Fire ball"/

Eli waited for the chant to finish because he want to know how far he can fight against the pure magic user.

A Big red fireball appeared and shot toward Eli,

"Ocean Arts: 1st Form"

Both of his eyes turned sky blue, and Ember's yellow fire changed into blue water as he swang it as fast as he could.

'ssszzzz'

The big red fireball before reaching Eli was cut into hundreds of pieces as they slowly evaporated and a sizzling sound can be heard.

"WHAT?" the black-haired girl shouted as she couldn't believe what happened even so she started to prepare another spell as she turned to ask for help but the armored guy was bisected diagonally along with his shield and her sister's head and hands were cut off.

For the first time, she felt fear as she stopped the chant.

'cough~cough'

"I guess, I should try to wrap under the dress for a sneak attack and.." Eli wrapped the chain as he looked at the dead bodies.

"This is the first time seeing them die?" Eli questioned the black-haired girl.

But she didn't say a word, she was just petrified.

"I take that as 'Yes'...hmm...so why me?" Eli questioned because no matter how you looked at this, they clearly aimed for his life.

But she was too terrified so she didn't say anything or do anything.

"Do not come after me ever...again" Eli sighed as he pulled her heart out with bare hands, and like that girl's eyes widened as she lost her life.

Eli then looked at the small round shiny white ball with some red color inside that was attached to the Right side of the heart, [A/N: Near the Right Ventricle] that was a soul crystal with one long root and that had 3 short root branches separately.

"So she is 3-Star Heart Ranker...ah" as he pulled the soul crystal and throw away the heart.

And just like her, Eli pulled everyone's heart and took the soul crystal.

After that, He continued his primary mission but on his way, like previous idiots, some did the same but Eli casually plucked their hearts like plucking the flower.

After Today's hunt was over Eli went to the guard who was checking the Identity.

"Hello Sir"

"Yes?"

"I found people died by a monster, so I took the soul crystal to revive....Here" Eli hands 12 soul crystals to the guard.

"Oh, I see. It is a common occurrence after the admission exam, these people can't wait...sigh...If they didn't sign out in the evening, we are the ones who have to search for and revive them.

"sigh, These Division students are not stronger as I thought, maybe winning the competition will be boring" Eli thought at least for now he was the strongest one in the Division.

"I think, Reviving really hurts....ah..." as a dangerous smile appeared on his face.

For the next few days, Eli collected more Human's soul crystals than Monster's.
