William Leoda: Soul Energy Attack

Over a minute after William goes into defense stance, Spear still seems to be concentrating on whatever it is he was doing that William now found difficult to identify, which his instinct seems to warn him about.

William does not think there are anything that can make his so fearful that his instinct will have to force him to suddenly jumps back and become tensed.

Spear suddenly open his eyes and just as quickly he make an horizontal cutting motion at the tree seven feet away from him and to William astonishment, while he could not see how Spear attack, William saw the tree Spear made the attacking motion at suddenly start to fall over with a clean cut to it base.

William eyes open wide.

He was downright confuse at how they the tree was attacked and even cut off. He saw Spear making a cutting motion and the tree suddenly having a clean cut at it root section. You have to understand that it will take at least four humans wrapping their arms around the tree to cover the entire tree root.

Although William can do this clean cut with his sword but not seven feet away from that said tree and so not an invisible attack like Spear just did.

Curiosity immediately got the best of William as he move closer to the tree and inspect it, the cut was entirely as clean and smooth as William thought. William turn back to ask Spear how he did it and if that is the soul energy he was talking about, but Spear was already seated in locust position. He is probably recovering from fatigue.

William turn back and study the cut again as his mind start to question him about what this soul energy means and what it usage and shortcomings are. William already thinks of multiple ways he can make use of an energy like this one but at the end of it all.

[While it a good and powerful way to attack, but why will l want an attacking method that takes minutes just to charge it up. it's quite discouraging] William thought.

Why should anyone takes seven minutes to charge up an attack that demand that kind level of concentration while in the middle of an ongoing battle, it will even be better to even sit and be killed than to think of using an attack like that, and beside William is confident enough that he can perform the same feat with just two strike of his sword. 

If Spear dare to use this kind of attack while fighting William or anyone for that matter. Even within a minute, William will have slice and dice Spear to thousands of piece with no part of him to pick again on the floor.

Although William believe that this soul energy attack will be terrifying if Spear were to have a partner on hand to keep William busy while he charge up the attack, that kind of attack will become an absolute game changer in any situation. 

It will really be a problem if all the king's aide can use this same attack, two of them can definitely pin William down while the third charge up that attack, since William want to kill the three aides, he believe that will definitely be what any sane team will do. It becomes a total different game if the king himself can use this type of attack because William do not believe the king will sit down and watch him do as he like, that just don't sound right.

William is sure though that Spear did not show him this kind of attack just because he want to show how strong he and the other aides are, No, William do not believe so. Reason was that even if William does not know about this kind of attack right now before fighting the aides or the king himself, William is still confident in coming out on top.

William sense the attack almost a minute before Spear release that attack itself. Although the attack was invisible, William is sure of dodging it as long as he is able to sense it before it was released.

"I know you have questions but they will have to wait till am done with my explanation" Spear speaks up from where he was seated, he slowly open eyes and that previous fatigue he felt was gone.

William nod to acknowledge what Spear as said, as he sat down on the remaining root of the tree.

"The soul energy attack l just did is not to discourage you from going to claim the heads of the other two aides, no that is not my intention, you can rest assure that after the king and me, no other aide can do soul energy attack. Now that brings me to the crucial part of the soul energy, the Magani-0 as you now know it was not created or discovered by any scientist, it as the result of the king sharing his soul energy with the human." Spear look straight ahead as he is gather his thought and trying to sound as positive as possible. 

"You have to know that the genetic icing plague was caused by none other than the king testing his soul energy on the humans as experiment, before he was able to perfect it. From what l read, the king has been on earth way before the genetic icing plague happened, which means he is not from here, and l can guarantee you that with how advance we are, from our explorations throughout the solar system no other planet has any semblance of intelligent life form in them, which means the king is not even from this our solar system nor do l believe he is from this galaxy as well." Spear explained. He looked toward William to see what his expression will be, which as not change much with everything he had said so far, William just sit still like a sponge as he absorb everything Spear was saying.

"I am sure at a point in your growing up, you must have wonder why both your father and mother do not have any relatives, no relation to refer them to and no information about both your paternal and maternal grandparents and any of their exploits, in fact am sure your must have search for the names 'Leoda' and 'Welis' in the army archive, right?" These statements from Spear cause a change to William's stoic expression.
