MWB CHAPTER 32: Axel's Thoughts

I need to calm myself. Calm down, Axel.

I stared at myself through the mirror. I'm still at the men's comfort room, trying to control my emotions. Thea is seeing through me. I'm scared of what might happen.

"Axel."

My monologue came to a halt when Theo walked in and called my name.

"I don't like it when you're silent. It means that you're having a conversation with your thoughts." He said

"Uh-uh." I simply responded

"What are you thinking?" He asked, but I stayed silent. "You can't stay like this forever, you need to speak up. Thea's getting worried."

I know she's getting worried. I know! But I don't wanna tell her. I'm scared to tell her..

"Stop thinking for a bit and speak to me Axel." He was starting to get annoyed

"I'm sorry." I lowered my head. "It's just... I guess I'm just panicking."

"About what?"
