'These celestial points…was it Andy? Did he fulfil my request? It has to be him, I can't think of anything else, and it looks like I must have hit some cap that allowed me to level up.'

Currently, Quinn didn't feel any different levelling up as he did with the system in the past. Instead, his body felt the same, but that was because he only received a strange feeling in his body when actually using the celestial energy, and with this many points, he wondered what he could now do with them.

"It seems like something has caught your attention," Logan commented, as Quinn's face wasn't hiding the obvious.
