32. Back on Earth

After just two seconds, the connection was made and on the computer screen, two humans appeared wearing white coats. They were Tom Green and Emily Green.
"Hello, Abra.." Just as the husband and wife were going to greet Abraham, they found that the person in front of them was different. When Abraham went to the Green's residence, he was still a halfling but after evolving into a vampire, Abraham's body changed. He was now taller and had the looked of a teen in his 18.
"Yes, it's me, Abraham. I look different now but my facial characteristics should still have some similarities compared to my past look." - A
"Congratulations, it seems whatever your goal was in going to planet Pioletic has been achieved. In what way can we help you?" - TG
"I'm ready to fight some dalki, do you know which planet I can go to? I plan to stay on earth for a few days before going on." -A
"Ohh perfect, we are currently on an orange planet named Uaneth. A week ago, an ability user discovered a dalki settlement on the planet and we are currently planning an attack by next week. In the traveler building you are in right now, there is a notice about the event and the military is asking travelers to join them for the fight." -EG
"Great, I will be joining you in a few days. On another note, can you see if you are able to get Andrew the person who made Oscar's demon beast weapon when I'm going to meet you guys? I have a reward for you three." -A
"How do you know who made the demon beast.. oh yeah yeah, you have knowledge of the future. Ok, I will use my contact to ask for him. Is there anything else?" -TG
"No, thanks a lot for your hard work Mr. and Mrs. Green" - A
"It's our pleasure. Before ending, I just updated your rating from "F" to "C" on your traveler card. Bye, see you soon." - EG
The conversation ended and Abraham removed his card from the machine. On it, the new letter "C" could be seen.
After the war situation was manageable on earth, people were able to become Travellers and either work for a Faction, Family, or as a freelancer. The world government issued these travelers with a Rank depending on the difficulty of tasks they can complete.
As behind the scene Abraham had gone to a red portal to collect data for the Green family, they were able to upgrade Abraham's rank pretty quickly. On top of that, the Green was the one who had built the entire management of the ranking system.
When starting out as a traveler, everyone started as a rank F. The more tasks you would complete the more points you will be awarded. Usually, it would take a couple of years for each Rank to level up.
Ranks went from F, all the way to A +.
Abraham left the communication room and returned to the ground level where all the other travelers were. He went back to the receptionist and just behind her, Abraham saw multiple screens with different quests. There were also many smaller screens throughout the room which travelers could interact with. Abraham found all sorts of quests from the big four, the military, and from many other travelers.
While viewing the different quests, he two people approaching him.
"Hello". A voice came from behind Abraham and when he turned, he was faced with a young boy and a girl. Both looked to be in their eighteens'. The boy was slightly taller than the girl. He had black hair with blue beast armor on his upper body. The girl next to him was a redhead and even though her petite figure, she was carrying a huge axe by her side.
Abraham noticed them looking at his traveler card which he had hung around his neck. After just a glance but of them had a confused look and turned to each other.
"I'm sorry, we thought you were an "F" rank traveler. So we decided to approach you to see if you needed any help as we saw you were alone. It's our mistake sorry." Both the boy and girl gave a bow to show their sincere apologies.
"Oh, it's ok. We need more people like you with good intentions. My name is Abraham." Abraham didn't bother to explain his quick rank up and extend his hand towards them.
"Thanks for your understanding, my name is Gwen and he is Robert. Both of us travel together to fight to be against dalki or beast. We had a friend that was together with us who was ranked "F", but one day he went alone on a quest by has never returned. That is why we decided to help anyone who is new to job travelers." Gwen the redhead exchanged a handshake and gave a little explanation of the reason for their approach.
Abraham knew that people could easily make up such stories to get the sympathy of the target, but due to Abraham's previous life, he was able to read the character of people. He found both of them to show really emotion and decided to believe them while still showing some vigilance.
Abraham also found that both of them were more than just fight buddies due to their actions and emotion showing to each other. After conversing with them for more, Abraham found that both of them were also going to the planet Uaneth to fight the dalki and decided to meet with them in three days for the travel.
After the talk, Abraham excused himself and went to rent a room and directly went to bed. The sun was still up outside thus Abraham decided to sleep and carry the rest of his work during the night.
A vampire didn't need to sleep daily but Abraham found such an action to be relaxing from all the fighting and planning he had to do.

Time flew quickly and Abraham slowly opened his eyes. He lazily stretched on the bed before looking out of the window. It was already dark. Abraham washed and came back sitting on the bed. For his plan tonight, he had to get two new skills. He opened his system and under the shadow tab, Abraham selected a unlock skill.

Next Abraham opened his stat and decided to increase his lowest stat. The charm ability was still at number 5. Abraham first used only five free attribute points which proceeded with a notification from the system.

Abraham didn't stop and poured all his remaining free attribute points into the Charm attribute. After everything was done, Abraham gave a final look at his new stats.
