Arrggh, I screamed in pain as my body crashed into the wall behind me.

How the hell are these vampires doing this? Its like they have unlimited stamina, I muttered as I stood up from the ground.

You've improved, she said with a smile as she stretched her arms to me.

Thanks, I replied with a wry smile. This vampires are fucking masochists, I mumbled.

Honestly, the past for days of my life were as tough as hell. Ever since I got a new instructor for myself, we've been training and sparring with almost no breaks.

Like seriously, what could two hours of rest do to someone who spends ninety percent of his time training and sparring.

How are you guys so strong? I asked after noticing she wanted us to keep on training. I've never seen you guys tired its like you have an unlimited stamina, its unfair for us humans.

Although I did read a lot of novels about vampires in my past life, I never expected them to be this strong. But we can't blame the authors anyway, its not like they've met one before.

~It's natural for us vampires to be strong else we wouldn't be called vampires. You'll understand if you eventually become one, she replied with a smile.

Did you say I can become a vampire? I asked with my brows raised.

If I become a vampire, then my overall strength would increase which would in turn improve my chances of passing this trial of a thing.

"Since it's possible to become one then, I've decided that I will become a vampire."

~Hahaha~ she laughed. Boy although the benefits you get from becoming a vampire is really great, I won't transform you into one.

"If you perhaps end up becoming one after your transmigration into your new world then, that would be the best but if you become a vampire now, the difficulty of your trial would increase by several folds besides, the 'trial' won't consider the fact that you were originally human, it might give you the test a vampire prodigy should undergo but, I don't think that would happen since my bloodline is not a high level bloodline." She replied.

"So if you were expecting something better, I would advice you to go look for another vampire."

Honestly, after hearing the pros and cons of me becoming a vampire, I began to feel that becoming a vampire was more of a risk than an advantage.

Besides, what was wrong in being human? If I became a vampire, a lot of things would change.

"So do I really want to become a vampire?" I asked myself.

"Have you made your decision? Would you remain human or become a vampire like me?" She asked with a teasing smile.

"I've decided to become a vampire," I replied. Since I had already experienced what it meant to be a human, why don't I try to experience what other races feel as well.

"I hope you don't regret your decision"

"I definitely won't," I said.

"Alright then," she replied as she sunk her fangs into my shoulder.

~Arrrrgggghhh, I yelled as my vision began to go blurry. The pain I was passing through was so intense that I wished I could kill myself.

"What's that," I muttered before passing out.

"So you finally decided to wake up huh," My instructor muttered with a trace of happiness and anger in her voice.

Do you know the amount of trouble I would have been in if you had died! Also, I would be labeled as an instructor who is unable to protect her own student, I would end up getting de ranked.

"Why would you be in trouble? Also how does you being unable to protect me leads to you getting de ranked? Am I in PUBC or what?" I asked.

"Ah, I shouldn't have told you any of that. He would probably introduce himself to you later in the future although, that would depend on your talent and potential."

Suddenly, I remembered the message I saw before passing out. 

'The underworld system,' I muttered inwardly.

Although I wanted to ask my instructor about it, I decided not to.

First, if she knew about it then, she would have told everyone about it during the briefing we had on the first day we arrived here also, should not the main character keep the information about his system a secret!

WTF! I shouted inwardly. "Why the heck is the system showing me so many question marks?" It seems like this stuff is broken.

But that can be the case since the system helped me keep both my human and vampire form. That way, I could just pick whichever form I wanted to use or transform to the one not currently in use.

I had about a million questions to ask but I could not since no one had the answers to my questions. Also, since they did not mention anything about us becoming disciples of the Lord of the underworld then, it meant that the Lord of the underworld kept the information about his disciples a secret.

So now the only thing I could wish for was to be reincarnated to a world that allows people to cultivate or give people access to magical powers. 

"Wait, aren't you supposed to be a vampire?" My instructor suddenly asked. "Or did your transformation fail? But if I made a mistake in the process, you wouldn't remain human, you would be dead."

"Umm, you don't have to worry about me, I did become a vampire however for certain reasons, I still have my human bloodline in me," I replied.

"Hmm, that a rare case but if I do find a solution to that before the day of the trial, I'll give it to you," she said." So, when do you think we should continue your training? She asked and after a few hours of chatting, we continued our normal daily activities and finally, the day of the 'trial' arrived.
