214 A Big Misunderstanding

Looking at the reflection of himself, Kyle couldn't believe that it was him.

Blood crimson eyes,

Cat-like pupils,

Two white horns,

White hair,

And most importantly his face looks so fucking beautiful, it was between the boundary of being beautiful and handsome.

With a face like this, it won't be strange with just a little makeup, it would make him look like a girl, but with just this, no one would mistake him as a girl, because of his adam's apple.

"Holy shit…is this me..?!" He couldn't believe it, was it really possible for him to be this handsome?

He was pretty confident that he's at least above average in the looks department, but this? Even the most handsome supermodel would be jealous of his looks.

Still, despite his disbelief, he couldn't help but think, 'Hey, doesn't this new look of mine look pretty similar to Lucifer's?'

Aside from a few other differences, they are pretty similar, though not as similar as twins but relatives instead, he looks like Lucifer's cousin in his Devil Mode.

"Hey, are you going to keep looking at yourself?" 

Beelzebub's voice, made him snap out his thoughts, and now looking at Beelzebub, "My bad, it's just surprising to me you know,"

"Surprising? It's shocking to me! Look I have a long list of questions in my mind right now, but I'll ask you one, how did you become a pure-blood devil?! Just a few minutes ago you were filled with holy attributes, but now you're similar to me, your aura and everything is like me, who is a devil!" Beelzebub shouted at him, hoping that he was going to answer her question.

Kyle paused for a bit, he pondered whether, to tell the truth, or flat-out lie, it didn't take him long to decide his answer. "It's because of my superior, it's the reward of me delivering pancakes to Lucifer."

He decided to tell the truth, but not all of it, just a little, but regardless the truth is the truth.

Hearing his answer, Beelzebub was stunned, she honestly expected him to lie or ignore her question, but didn't expect him to tell her the truth which she was grateful for, though she feels like it wasn't the entire truth, but honestly she didn't care. "So, it's because of your superior huh?"

"Uh huh,"

"I knew that your superior was powerful, but I didn't think it was this existent! Making a God a devil is almost impossible!"

"Uh huh,"

"So you're a devil now huh? It's great! Now you're like me, being a God sucks anyway!" Beelzebub spoke cheerfully, glad that he was a devil-like her.

"Not really, being a God isn't bad," Unfortunately he had to disagree with her that being God sucks, at least being a God doesn't forcefully change your personality, like getting a superiority complex.

Not just a minor, but a major one, because right now aside from the devils, he thought of the other races as nothing more than ants that he plays with, destroying and enslaving.

To him at the moment, mortals, especially humans are nothing more than animals that he could slaughter at any time of the day.

However, his mind was constantly battling his inner instinct, it's the only reason why right now he isn't taking an action to do evil things.

Kyle knew that he needed Beelzebub's help to control this major superiority complex that he suddenly gained; she must've experienced this too.

If things became unbearable, he could always turn off his Devil Mode, for now, he'll have to know how long he will last before his superiority complex as a devil completely devours him as a whole.

All of sudden without a warning a meteorite fell right in front of us, and not even a second later, it was followed by another meteorite.

If they were just ordinary people, they'd think these things that fell in front of them were meteorites, but they couldn't be more wrong, as the oppressive aura was leaking at the 'meteorites' that fell right in front of them.

Smoke appeared and blocked his line of sight.

Kyle suddenly felt a strange feeling of Deja Vu, this definitely happened to him not long ago, he was sure of it.

It was the Emroy incident, where Tohru, Lucoa, and Elma came as quickly as possible to 'rescue' him from Emroy.

Which was pretty much a false alarm.

But in this case, I was on another level of misunderstanding, as the target wasn't the person who followed him, but himself is the target.

All bloodlust was directed toward him, if he was in his God form, there's no doubt he'd freeze from the pressure alone.

But, the thing is he wasn't in his God form, but in his Devil Mode, although he is threatened by the bloodlust that was directed at him, he was still able to keep his cool.

As the smoke disappeared, 4 individuals were staring at him with various degrees of rage.

Ignoring their rage for a moment, as he expected they were Elma, Lucoa, Tohru, and surprisingly Emroy.

This scene is familiar to him, not surprising but unexpected, still, he couldn't understand why they are looking at him with rage.

Elma looked like she was about to devour his flesh and bones.

Lucoa might not look as angry as Elma, both of her eyes were completely opened, and the only time that she'd ever do that is when she's serious.

Emroy, well she doesn't have her phone with her, shit so far this was the most terrifying, an Otaku without their phone? That's another level of creepiness right there!

Then there's Tohru whose expression could scare a devil, her expression wasn't the usual sweet one that she always shows him, it was filled with rage.

"Hey, what's h-" His sentence was cut off when Tohru suddenly attacked him at a speed that he couldn't see, however, her attack didn't succeed as it was blocked by Beelzebub with a frown on her face.

Her attack was devastating and everything around us from miles away were completely destroyed.

Everything literally became a wasteland in just a single attack from Tohru, just by this action alone speaks for itself that she wasn't joking around.

Kyle would have been mad at Tohru for destroying the city with her attack, but he had realized that they were in a separate dimension, a bounded filled.

He has no idea who or when they made this, but he was grateful, with this, they could destroy anything they want in this separate reality and whatever they do, it won't affect reality.

"You lizard, how dare you attack him!" Beelzebub was more annoyed than angry at Tohru's attempt to kill Kyle.

Beelzebub had no problem dealing with Tohru as she was at full power, it wasn't the same back in the abyss, she had her unrestricted powers now.

Though she may need a bit of practice as she got a bit rusty from not using her unrestricted power, Tohru was the perfect practice dummy for her.

Instead of answering her, Tohru's attention was solely on Kyle, her eyes were filled with rage and despair, "You!"

Her voice was distorted, as she continued to speak, "How dare you take him away from me!"

"I won't forgive you, I never will! I'm going to fucking kill you!" 

Kyle stood from his spot, confused about what she was accusing him of, as he literally has no idea what crime did he do to make her angry like this, 'Was it because of having sex with another woman? Nope, definitely not if she already permitted me, so what exactly is it? And who is 'him'? Is she cheating on me? Wha-'

All of the sudden something clicked inside his head, he then started blinking and thought, 'What the hell, wasn't I supposed to be smart? Why didn't I think of that?'

Kyle suddenly wanted to bang his head on the ground for not immediately knowing why exactly they were mad at him.

"Wai-" His sentence was cut off once more by Elma, who was now in her dragon form, she opened her gigantic mouth and shot out a blast of dense water toward him!

Once again it was stopped by Beelzebub, by using her magic.

"Okay, seriously listen to m-" He was interrupted once more by Emroy this time, who also now in her true form a ball of crimson light was flying toward his direction without a break.

Beelzebub canceled that one with a snap, she's that overpowered, even without practice for eons.

Dust went to his nostrils, and he started coughing, even though Beelzebub canceled Emroy's attack there were still shockwaves that didn't disappear.

This time, he was determined to get their attention, however before he could say anything, he realized behind him was Lucoa looking at him with the most deadpan expression that he saw from her.

"Oh fuc-"

A blast hit him without a warning, destroying this separate dimension of the earth's core.

And that's how he died.

Just kidding,

Before the blast hits him, Beelzebub manages to narrowly block it, because, unlike the others, this attack caused a bit of damage to her as she and Lucoa were in the same league after all.

Kyle finally had enough, this Devil Mode caused him more problems than benefits, he just used it no more than a few minutes, and look what happened to him?!

All of the world's bad luck started clinging to him.

And with that, he turned off his Devil Mode.

As everyone felt his aura, except for Beelzebub who looked disappointed that he was no longer a devil like him.

The rest, stared at him with shock and realization came to them, immediately felt guilty that the person they tried to kill was the very same person they were trying to avenge.

They realized that it was all a misunderstanding.
