Explanations of the novel's mechanics and power rankings. Read if you wanted.

And so, it's been a while since I've done an extra volume explaining the mechanics behind the world, but here we go.

What was repeated in the last chapter remains, the rules have not changed, however, changes have been made now that the characters have discovered more things about the structure of the world and creation itself.

In levels of importance in this cosmology, primordial Chaos is first, from which everything came, then comes Positivity and Negativity, it is from there that divine concepts draw their power.

There is no such thing as good and evil, just energy behind. Example, a god of fear cannot take energy from positivity because the energies are incompatible, however, a god of kindness can do that.

Divine concepts, related to life, nature, soul, death, end, infinity, time, are all linked to other primordials.

For example, Death, End, and some of Time is related to the primordial Death, it is from there that these divine concepts draw power. The issue of time is that both the primordial Death and Inifinity share the same characteristics related to time, with Infinity being responsible for infinity and space.

Life, nature, reincarnation, and the maintenance of life are related to The World Tree.

The same rule applies to the other primordials.

The Judge of Abyss represents the soul, and as stated before, he generally works with The World Tree to keep all of creation functioning.

The Limbo Guy effectively has no divine concept that gods take power from, but he represents balance, and if a god exists with that concept, he takes power from The Limbo Guy.

What are the highest deities?

On the positive side: Positivity and then Begin, and creation.

On the negative side: Negativity, and END, destruction.

Now, you ask me, why END, Victor? After all, doesn't Primordial Death have this?

Remember the importance rankings? This is not for show, in the beginning there was primordial chaos, after this primordial chaos divided came Positivity, and Negativity, which essentially are the divided part of primordial chaos.

And from these two concepts came the primordial ones. This is why these two concepts are in a state of semi-consciousness, they encompass the entire universe tapping into the influences of all the primordials that came after them.

This is why some deities are shared between primordials as in the case of time where Death and Infinity have some kind of influence until a primordial god of time appears.

Mechanics explained, let's move on to the recent chapters.

Akashic Records, is essentially a large database that stores all of the future, present, and past. She is responsible for keeping all 'records' working, and storing them.

Beings that came from outside the record are called Outsiders, these beings usually come to this universe to cause problems, or corrupt the records like changing things that shouldn't be changed, etc. Basically, they are fanfic characters, and as explained in the extra volumes, Victor, who has already finished his journey, is there taking care of everything with his external gods so that beings from other cosmology do not try to interfere and consequently steal his wives from him. [Yes, he is very possessive like that, after all, he is the god of yanderes.]

Outer Gods, or Eldritch Gods, they are essentially beings that came from another cosmology, they are not restricted to the rules explained above, which are rules of that 'cosmology'.

Unlike the weaker beings from another cosmology who are forced to follow the rules of this world, these beings are not, they are chaotic by nature, and only work together because of Victor and Azathoth, who is their mother.

These beings can essentially ignore the rules set by primordial chaos, and go far beyond beings of multiverse power.

.....

Power ranking... Now this gets complicated, but I'll try to explain it as basic as possible.

The previous power levels apply, the primordial gods are still at the top of this universe... Yes, this universe.

Beings that surpass the power of their cosmology, are called multiversal beings, they can essentially interfere with other cosmologies or foreign universes, in their domain, they are essentially omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient. Think of it as Marvel's The One above all, Victor from the extra chapters fits this bill.

[A/N: For those wondering about the Omniverse... I tell you, there is no such thing, this term is just the most generic application of multiverse. Believe me, I researched this a lot before touching on this topic... You can even argue that I'm wrong, and that Omniverse is this and that, but I don't care the difference between Omniverse and Multiverse is so little that it's laughable. Universe, encompasses everything that exists. Multiverse, encompasses everything that exists, and possible parallel universes, timelines, kingdoms, dimensions different from the normal universe.]

Explanations given from extra 2, and 3. We will return to the history of the present.

Outer gods are effectively beings that have no limit, and are immediately cared for by the primordials if they are encountered.

A fully mature outer god is a threat that requires all the primordials to try and stop it, and even then, they can't even try to do anything to them, because these fully mature gods are one step away from becoming multiverse beings.

...

Now where does Victor fit into all of this. Victor from the extra chapter is obvious, he is at the multiversal level.

The Victor of the present is currently on the level of an older primordial god, understand that it is not a primordial being as an aspect of the universe, but rather a primordial god that is born with the beginning of a pantheon.

Despite being at this level of power, this scale fluctuates A LOT, especially when you are essentially the representative of the Negative aspect of the universe, being able to control ALL the deities that energize the negative side.

As previously stated, in a fight of gods, it's not just battle experience that counts, it's your divinity, its level of importance, how far you've progressed, as well as your divine artifacts. And Victor is completely broken in this since he is essentially an Eldritch God of Chaos just like Azathoth.

In my outline there are only 10 beings that can go head to head with the current Victor, and they are beings of the highest ranking in the system list, they are overlords that have the maximum of a divine concept, and only 3 of them can have a chance of Defeat him in one-on-one combat, one of these beings has the deity of Positivity which has the same effect as its counterpart, just focusing on the positive side.

Remember, the universe has its ways of balancing itself, and not even the primordials can keep an eye on everything. Don't take everything the characters say as 100% correct, there are only a few cases when I present evidence that this is true.

The narrator is generally unreliable because it is usually a character himself drawing conclusions, just as characters most of the time also make mistakes due to lack of information, inexperience, or not understanding something.

I've said this a million times, don't interpret everything the character says as correct. Only I the author can say that something is completely correct.

Or are you going to tell me that if a character says that 2 + 2 equals 22, he will be correct? Please is basic math, of course he's wrong... Unless the author puts some mechanic out of his ass, and says it makes sense, but in most cases, the characters would be wrong.

Anyway, that's it, back to the story, I have to keep updating it daily this month so people don't crucify me.

...

Victor_Weismann notes: As said before, I HATE power systems like cultivation for example, in which the being ignores all the training, strategy, and effort of an individual because he is from a primordial stellar kingdom of my ass.

Although higher levels need certain strategies to combat them, as well as opposing deities, this applies to the HIGHEST LEVEL OF POWER.

All levels below much weaker individuals can defeat stronger individuals if battle conditions are met, such as the stronger enemy is arrogant, or the opponent knows his weakness, etc.

In a battle, mental condition, power, environment, rhythm of the battle, artifacts, all of this matters.

It's not because I'm a higher level of power than you, that everything you do is useless to me, I hate this kind of system.
