Kesem's Pov:
The whole school was very quiet and peaceful,well apart from Mr Thomas and oh so loud obnoxious voice that is giving me an amazing headache,What can i say, his voice is extremely loud and I can't help but wonder if that's how his voice has always been growing up.
Just a tiny 30 seconds and i started paying attention to the lessons, i was beginning to enjoy the class!! When a silly idiot distracted I and everyone in the class by banging on the window of the class, i mean come on what are you? 5? Ugggh!.
Looking to my far left i noticed Nac who is also the idiot best friend laughing and shaking his head muttering 'Pang'.
I mean we're trying to focus here. Hah! Who am i to talk, like i care about the damn class.
Well hello there, if you're wondering who i am well I'm kesem Wang a class 1 student according to the school's system. i mean why split up every student who are meant to be in the same class into groups according to our Academic excellence. Which by the way is totally not needed, because it's like causing a rift between us all and making it harder for us to mingle with each other freely.
Ha! I'm getting off topic, I'm a 16 year old kid, I'm an average height of 1.7m with wavy black hair neck length,brown eyes so deep it's almost black, small nose and Full pink lips.
Well after the incident from earlier the lesson resumed and I'm bored out of my mind, i just can't wait for the damn bell to ring for lunch,I'm starving. Checking the wall clock on the wall right above my teacher's head i can see we have 20 minutes till the class ends.
Tapping my foot to the beat of the clock and thinking of what to have for lunch,'rice and omelet' for drinks I'm thinking 'pink milk' Imaging it alone is making me Salivate.
The lonely thing about my life is that I'm never noticed, I'm not complaining because i like it but it won't be so bad to get noticed once in a while. Maybe someone knowing my name won't be so bad or having friends like when i used to live at home with my parent's.
I miss them soo much just thinking about them.
My mom is a very beautiful woman who's short and slender with an ivory skin, her eyes are electric blue,her hair is Raven in colour and shoulder length. She's kind, nice, caring, loving, her smile lights up a room, I love seeing her happy all the time and the best mother i could ever ask for.
My dad is a 6 ft 9 bulky man with Dark brown hair and dark brown eyes like mine. He's strict, kind, caring,stubborn,curious with an emotionless mask he wears in front of other people but with us he's all soft and mushy.
I am knocked out of my day dream by the bell. Halleluyah!! 'Food here i come'!!.
With that thought in mind, i pack up my things before dashing out of class and made sure to be the first one out before anyone could think of standing and I'm out the door, Speed walking through the hallway turning left into the cafeteria. The lunch lady sees me and before i can ask for my meal she hands it to me.
Giving her a small smile of thanks I'm off to the courtyard. Seating in my spot and digging into the meal i notice its exactly what i had in mind. 'its like she read my mind''oh God bless her soul'.
The moment I'm done with lunch all higher class student's walk into the room ordering food and eating along with their group of friends.
Suddenly the cafeteria went quiet you can hear a pin drop. being the curious person i am, I slip into the cafeteria,dumping my lunch tray into the nearest sink, i sit in a corner to observe what has caused the sudden silence.
I noticed it's the silly idiot who disturbed our class today and a classmate of mine named 'WAVE'. The rude and self centered jerk that I'm classmates with, the computer and mathematical geek. Now I'm even more curious as to what his concern is with the class Viii idiot.from my spot here it's clear that wave tripped him because little of his food has been spilled on wave's shoe.
Wave is telling him to clean it?, What's his deal he tripped the guy so he's not at fault!.
The class Viii student turned his back ignoring wave, i mentally pat him on his back.
Wave Putting out his foot tripped him again, now his food is spilled and he's pissed.
He grabbed Wave by the shirt saying "what is your problem, what I've i done to you?".
Wave has noticed something on the guy,and i know he was going to use it against him. stepping back he asked "what class are you? where's your badge?"
the poor guy not knowing what to say is stuck looking at wave like he's going to be the reason for killing someone at a very young age.
Nac who has been watching the interaction hasn't stepped in until he noticed Ms. Ladda walking up to them, so he stepped up right on time to save his best friend from getting into trouble.
Mrs ladda stood behind Wave facing the class Viii student asking "what's the Matter?"
All students present in the cafeteria began to get busy, some plugging in their headphones, some wearing their earplugs, some started conversations like thay didn't notice anything going on in the first place.
Pang who had released Wave stood nervously.
Pang nervously replied "He came at me first"
"Miss, he doesn't have a badge on his shirt, I'm afraid he's a student from another class who sneaked out to have an early lunch break" Wave said his expression never changed from the smug look he has on.
"Don't change the subject!" Pang exclaimed
"Quiet! Where is your badge?" Ms. Ladda asked
"I left it upstairs" Pang replied
Taking a step closer she asked "What class are you in?"
At that moment he knew his lie was going to catch up with him causing him to freeze.
Nac appears and asked "Pang why did you take so long to put the dish away?" turning he pretend to just notice the teacher. Greeting the teacher.
She asked "is he your friend?"
"Yes, he forgot his badge im the classroom. He's in Room 1 same as me."Nac replied
"Really? Wave asked "I'm also in Room 1 but i don't know him."
Scoffing Nac rolled his eyes "Wave, let me ask you something, how many people can you actually remember their names? Give me one".
Speechless he couldn't reply
Glancing between the three students "if this is true, I'll let this go, Don't let me catch you in a lie later" Ms. Ladda walked away.
Scoffing Wave looked at the two friends and stated "it's so good to be a leech. A leech can get away with anything"
"Watch your mouth Wave!"Nac exclaimed annoyed
"You too. Don't take comfort in the fact that you're in the same Room as me. After the placement test, I'll be in the Gifted Program. You'll probably stay right where you are with one leech." Wave bargains
"Do you think you're the only one who'll get in the Gifted Program? Mark my words;I'll be in the Gifted Program. Not just me, my friend will be in the Gifted Program as well" He bets placing his hand across Pang's Shoulder.
"Nac!" Pang whisper-shouted
"I sure hope that comes true". Wave said lifting his tray filled with lunch before walking away.
Both friends turning towards Waves direction threw their head back and Groaned.
Chuckling i left the cafeteria.
Lying down on my bed my head facing the ceiling avoiding sleep because i don't know what nighmares will plague my sleep tonight even though they don't look like nightmares, but i don't just have an explanation for it.it also appears that i can't remember a damn thing everytime it happens.
it isn't the first time it's been happening and it's been going on since the beginning of this week, the placement exam's week and I have no idea why.
Deciding I've had enough time just laying around and thinking, Why don't i just explore the school. Getting up from the bed and putting on one of my dad's old black shirt that i stole before leaving home with a pair of shorts and my beanie. Leaving the room and venturing into the dark hall's of the dormitory.
