6 Chapter 5 - First Meeting

It is early morning and on the deserted street of Konoha can be seen the figure of a running 5 year old kid with fair skin ,pink hair and green eyes, wearing a red shirt with black short pants.

That figure is Haruno Ren , and by the amount of sweat on his body we can see that he is almost done with is morning workout, it remains only the last part that consist of running up the wall of the building where is apartment is located, reach the window of is room and going inside.

So now Ren stare at the yellow wall full of concentration for a while before starting the run, as soon as is right foot touch the wall, the left one follow after, and so Ren keep running on the wall defying gravity until he reached the open window of his room and without hesitation jump inside.

What greet Ren sight is the view of his room like he left it, including his own sleeping sister hugging the pillow with drool on her mouth. Making sure to not wake up anybody at home Ren went to the bathroom once inside he undressed himself and went to the shower.

While water was falling on his body Ren start thinking about the last 2 years 'it's been 2 years since i received my past life memories and nothing much happened, I didn't try to change the events as I'm still too young and weak and the only important event was the kidnapping of Hinata 2 year ago but that happened a few months before my birthday'

Then thinking about his training result brought a smile on his face 'Right now my chakra reserve are late stage genin level and my control is on the early water walking level but more important of all last year when I reached genin level chakra I was finally able to communicate with my Zanpakuto Spirit and start training with it'.

This thought made him remember their first meeting... It all happended while he was sleeping all of the sudden Ren find himself wide awake and in the middle of a forest full of trees as high as skyscraper so full of leaf that you almost can't see the crystal clear blue sky.

This forest evokes in Ren a sense of calmness, peace and somewhat joy.

While moving around this forest Ren thinks aloud "If this is my inner world it means that I am strong enough to at least communicate with my Zanpakuto Spirit" then he shout "Heeeey are you there? Can we talk? And more important do you like my inner world?"

There was silence for a while until a calm feminine voice said "Ren-dono it is an honor to finally meet you my names is #########"and from behind a huge tree the figure of a woman walked out gracefully toward Ren.

The woman was tall, light-skinned with blue eyes and long, dark brown hair, which frames her face with two chest-length bangs and is tied up in the back with a white ribbon in a long ponytail which reaches her lower back, and a golden hairpin shaped like three cherry blossoms. She wears a long, light purple kimono with white stripes running down the center and sleeves, which is tied at his waist with a long piece of white fabric that hangs down in two long loops in the front. She wears a red-gold pauldron on each shoulder, which are connected by a golden band with strips of red fabric hanging from it and two interweaved strips of red fabric above it. She wears red, elbow-length gauntlets and red greaves.

Ren for a moment was stunned by the spirit's beauty but then compose himself and replies "it is nice to finally be able to talk to you but unfortunately I still can't hear your name, I'm truly sorry"

The woman smiled and said "Do not worry Ren-dono i understand you are still too young it is already a testament of your perseverance that you are already able to talk to me and to respond to your earlier inquiries yes and i do quite like your inner world i hope that you will keep it this way"

Ren grin at the spirit "I'll do my best but now let's talk about the really important business, I only trained in the basics because I didn't know what will be useful for you and what isn't, I'm pretty sure that you know everything I do about this world, so what can you teach me and what i have to learn in my world to use you at best?"

The Spirit then replies with a warm smile"Well, Ren-dono I can only teach you about zanjutsu, hoho, hakuda and kido and to be honest you got a problem..."and then she seemed to hesitate but Ren choose to encourage her"Do not worry partner tell me what is it all is good, unless you tell me that i die tomorrow"

The spirit then continue "well as effect of your bond with me you are unable to use all ninjutsu the basics such as chakra manipulation is of no problem but if you try to use a technique even one as basic as henge or bushin won't work..."toward the end her voice got smaller and smaller.

Ren just smiled and then tell the Spirit "Just tell me this, if I reach your Bankai and learn everything you teach me can I survive what's to come" the woman hearing this got her confidence back and says "When you'll reach Bankai you will be able to survive with no problem if you do not meet powerhouse at the level of Pain...." and Ren thought 'that is not so bad but....i wanted more, maybe i am to greedy' but the woman continue "but if you are able to reach Beyond Bankai only Kaguya will give you some troubles".

Ren then was silent for a while then ask shocked "What the hell is a Beyond Bankai???" the Spirit answer "Beyond Bankai is the last evolution of a Zanpakuto, In Shikai state the user learn about working together with his zanpakuto spirits by learning it's name and communicating with it, in Bankai the user dominate the spirits by forcing to manifest the spirit in the real world and defeating so to prove that one is able to use it's full strength, and at last there is the Beyond Bankai here the user must acknowledge everything about himself, and the spirit and the user must have absolute trust in each other so that they are able to merge in one begin and the power result of this union is in one word extreme" she said with an almost longing expression.
