"But why? Do you have something against the Wilfred family?"

Just then, the door was forced opened and Chairman Ryan rushed in and knelt beside Den. 

"Mr. Den, please pull them back, I'm ready to do whatever you want. I beg you, stop them from digging deeper into my buried secret. Please!"

Den glanced at him and replied calmly. "It's unfortunate, Chairman Ryan. I thought we could work together for a much longer time. Not only is your name going to be forever sullied, you will spend the rest of your life in prison and you won't speak about what happened here today, otherwise, your grandson will start getting hit by calamities until he finds the world unbearable." 

Chairman Ryan's eyes widened. He crawled on his knees and grabbed Den's shoe, begging with everything he had. "No, Mr. Den, please, don't! I was wrong, forgive me! He's my only surviving family. Keep him out of this, please, Mr. Den!"
