"....there are Yakuzas and secrets everywhere"

As I looked forward, the same old, sophisticated, striking, and tall man I had met in Kabukicho last night appeared.

Exuding an air of sophistication and striking presence. His silver hair, impeccably groomed, framed a marked by sharp, intelligent eyes and a distinguished jawline. He wore a tailored charcoal suit that fit his lean frame perfectly, accentuated by a burgundy silk tie and a pocket square.

As he approached with a welcoming and friendly smile, his movements were deliberate, each confident, his posture straight and commanding. The scent of subtle cologne and polished leather accompanied him.

"Mr. Devil." He announced himself warmly, with a dozen of Yakuza men standing behind him.

"Nice to see you again." He spoke in English.

His deep, resonant voice carried an undeniable charm, warmth and authority.

I didn't respond, I glared at him with hostility and coldness. This man was the epitome of everything I loathed, a man with power in a Yakuza organization.

"This is the second time we've met, but I believe this is not a coincidence." Kojima said with a friendly smile.

"This is fate, Mr. Devil." He added.

I smirked at him. Fate? More like a curse.

"And this is the last time you'll ever see me again." I said with murderous intent.

Kojima chuckled, unfazed by my deadly words.

"But I'm not here to fight you nor to have a death wish. I'm here to form a peace offering between you and us, the Yakuza." He offered calmly.

I slowly approached him with my murderous glare unwavering and my hands clenched. A peace offering from a scum? How laughable.

He stood tall and wasn't fazed again by my deadly glare.

"Please, you may think I'm a scum because I'm a Yakuza, but you and I are not so different." He confidently said right in front of my face.

"We all have a dark side, right? You did good things, so have I. You did bad things, so have I." He added with a confident smile.

"I'm not like you." I muttered, looking at him dead in the eye.

"I kill to cleanse the world of filth like you." I added.

Kojima chuckled again.

"Please, Mr. Devil, I know who you are and what you do. I did my homework. You're smart, cunning, deadly, and not to be messed with. Your hunger for killing is insatiable, so stop deluding youself if I may suggest." Kojima said.

"Why don't you just join us, and I promise you, I'll give you many scums as you want for you to kill." Kojima offered.

"No." But I refused with hesitation.

My fist was ready, and as I was about to grab him by his neck, Reina came back.

Reina appeared from behind, and she saw Kojima and I are facing each other.

Kojima saw her as well, but his face became unexpressive, his warm and friendly smile faded, and his calm and confident demeanor wavered.

Kojima let out a deep sigh.

"Reina-chan." Kojima greeted her.

Reina was surprised.

"Kojima-san? What are you doing here?" Reina asked him, her eyebrows furrowed.

Kojima gave her a smile.

"Nothing important, Reina-chan. I was nearby and was told that some devilish lunatic..."

He looked at me subtly.

"Was making a trouble here at your gym, and I thought I should check up on you and make sure your unharmed." He replied, smiling at her.

After seconds, he looked at every corner of the gym.

"Your gym looks impressive as ever." He complimented Reina's gym.

"Thanks, but I'm okay and you should leave now." Reina reassured him.

"And also, do you know who you are talking to?" Reina asked him again, pointing at me.

Kojima looked at my murderous and cold eyes again.

He shook his head.

"I've never seen this guy in my whole life." He lied to Reina.

"Anyway, it was nice seeing you, Reina-chan. Say hi to your Okasan for me." He smiled at her again and walked away from us.

"Hey!" I yelled at him.

Kojima suddenly stopped in his tracks.

"You and I are not finished, old scum!." I angrily raised my voice at him, with my hands clenched.

As I was about to charge at him, Reina stopped me.

"Ray-kun, what are you trying to do?!." Reina exclaimed in distress and suprise.

I swiftly looked back at her, my eyes darkened and shrouded in violence and coldness.

"Don't mess with him, he's your Otousan's close friend and one of Okasan's generous investors!" Reina hurriedly explained.

"And he's a respected and renowned figure in the city." Reina added.

I was bewildered and infuriated by this revelation.

Since when did my father associates himself with the Yakuzas?

"Oh!" Kojima exclaimed.

"Then, say hi to your father for me." Kojima said with a smile.

Then he mouthed something.

"Mr. Devil."

He then left the gym with his Yakuza men.

When Kojima finally left, I hurriedly and angrily moved closer to Reina.

I was so angry I didn't notice our lips were so close to each other, as if we were about to kiss.

"Tell him to stay away my father." I angrily muttered to Reina

Reina was taken aback and felt intense from my sudden closeness.

"If he doesn't, I swear to god I'll kill him in the worst possible way unimaginable." I warned her with conviction.

I moved away from her and went to the punching bag to release some of my anger.

Instead of being scared and terrified, Reina was left blushing and flushed.
