1 Mistakenly Said

It glanced back at me with such unexpected results, My focus on such a thing I had now discovered.I was startled by my dad calling out to me.

”Chelsea breakfast is ready”

”I’ll be down in a minute”

I then quickly threw the pregnancy test in the bin covering it with lots of tissue, I made sure no one would see it especially my dad.

I quickly pulled up my hair into a ponytail then I straighten the pleats of my skirt, I washed my hands and patted water on my face and of course I repeatedly look at myself in the mirror.

Finally I came down the stairs to have breakfast with dad I rushed over to the counter and loaded my plate with tons of egg,bacon and toast with a side of orange juice.

“uhh I’m starving”

”I can see that” he chuckled. Then I went over and sat at the breakfast table with him.

I glanced at dad and his smile was as big as the sky,his eyes as crystal as glass, his cheeks as red as the ornament on Christmas Day.

”you look happy”

“why yes today is a good day”

I haven’t seen him this happy since Mom died which is a very long time. After seeing how he was, I decided not to tell him I'm pregnant I couldn’t.

After eating, dad washed up and we headed for Scuffield JuniorHigh before he went to work.

Upon arrival, the rusty, worn-down gate hung off its hinges, running alongside there were colorful flowers that were well-kept.

When the car came to a complete stop, I kissed him goodbye and walked up to the entrance.

But what stood beyond the gate was a newly paved road which lead up to the stairs, on either side were two beautifully stone carved fountains which had benches that sat around them.

Like an eagle looking down on their prey, I saw Mandy amongst the crowd her thin, small frame stood their elegantly in her cropped shirt and ripped jeans and thigh high boots.her large lips complimented her diamond shaped face, her large glasses sat comfortably on her small, straight nose.

As I got to her she ran and hugged me.

"hey my love"

“hi mands feels like forever since I’ve seen you,I missed you how was your trip?”

”yes it does, it was good but I wish you were there with me I missed you too”

Shortly after the bell rung and startled us, we then entered, inside had a grand chandelier that hung beautifully in the center of the hall, lockers ran against the walls which were creatively done by the students. To the left was a place many feared to go the principals office.

As I continued walking, my eyes glanced such beauty beyond words can describe, a goddess, an angel sent from heaven, mother nature herself. She stood at the top of the staircase looking over the rails.

She was a brown-skinned woman, her figure was every girls dream, she wore a white dress that hugged her and a jeans jacket along with white heels. Her diamond shape face with high cheeks, she had full, juicy lips and light green eyes, everyone stared at her.

"I wish she was my mother at least I’d have been greatly blessed yass sis " Mandy whispered to me, I chuckled at her statement then rolled my eyes.

As we got close enough we heard her speak.

"good morning students listen up those whose name I've called are in my morning English class "

I keenly listened, her voice sent shivers down my spine, it was so angelic and something I could listen to all day.

"Chelsea"

To my surpriseI heard my name Mandy's, my boyfriend Dave and a couple other students

"this way students"

we followed behind her as she carried us to class.

“if she was mine I’d be smashing that” a student whispered among the others, I rolled my eyes to his nonsense, Mandy just laughed.

Finally we approach our class. After being seated we all listened carefully to what she had to say

" Good morning students I'm Miss Portal I have taught for quite a few years, so lets go around the room so i can get to know everyone“

"yes miss can you start us off ?" She said as she stared deep into my eyes

" me umm ok my name is Chelsea"

She then looked at me and smiled and I smiled back. After everyone went, shortly after the bell rang.

"Oh that's the bell class dismissed be ready for our next class"

I left the class and headed to my next class. It somehow felt like time slowly crawling forward. It was finally time for a break well it was lunchtime.

During lunch, I skipped cafeteria garbage they call food and decided to go outside the school where I would’ve found Dave. He looked into my eyes and he quickly walk towards me,

he kissed me with such passion, his tongue wrapped around mine, his hands slowly descending massaging my breast, I tried to get his attention but failed due to how into it I was then all of a sudden I blurted out,

"Dave I'm pregnant"

"you're what!!"
