Chapter 124 Atlas

We arrive at a portal of some sort like in star gate or any other teleport portal. But this one is really big. It's not even guard because only the starship who had jump can pass it. Without delay i pass it with my family. My jump skill automatically activate on is own and let us pass it.

[ You will have one hour of time before exiting through the portal.]

I let the other know that we will do nothing during an hour.

" Guys we will arrive in one hour please wait a little bit."

They respond quickly that it wasn't bothersome.

During one hour i let my mine wanderer in the book i download and I try to search à lot of information about non-living species inside book, movies, video game. But the more I search the more I think that the only one non-living that I know who can kill people are the AI and I'm one myself.

I have to try to hide my true self and pass like I'm a human.

An hour is really quick when we read. The only one who do nothing is Kenny. He just prepare is stuff in box that I can retrieve at any time of his room because :

"I'm sure they will shoot my room again. It can be different. They are all the same. Pervert that can only shoot my room to take my magazines."

The other do the same stuff they do all the time. Gael and Sarah are cooking and talking. Edouard do sports and Emily, Julia, Lily are talking about men. My avatar is with them but I prefer read and are not to concentrate about this talk. And the last Nemo is working on the information that the king give us before departing.

One hour later we exit another large portal. Next to the portal a very large city is built but it's abandoned.

Our first city's name is Atlas. The king give us this information. Normal they will explain us the "other world" because we are new here.

"Green can you scan this space station?"

"All right Nemo i will do it."

"Other prepare for battle or for an exit."

After scanning no data about live form and other information that we don't know come from so Nemo ask all of us to wear our space suit.

All of the space suit are made by me and I don't wear one either. I make a lifeline around. If a problem come i can take all of them back to the starship quickly.

We enter the station. The first thing is à welcome area for human. I try to restart a computer to have other data.

The other search for document that are around.

"Nemo i find a document for us who can help. It's an information about the ingredient that human can eat." say Lily.

Without waiting Gael snack this document and store it inside his bag.

Other document without great importance come one after another. A map of the system beside us, name of planet or name of species.

The computer restart after some more time.

"Nemo, come here i unlock the computer."

"What's inside ?"

"The last data appear to be a long time ago. It's a spaceship who return to our world. After comparison i can say that it's the same who destroy me during the war. The spaceship that had ????."

"So it hasn't arrived just for the war but a long time ago."

"Yes and for our information this space station was abandoned because human are say to despair of our world."

"What how is that possible."

"The last human return in this starship. Human was apparently the race that lose the most during the war against the non-living so the other race want to send the last warrior to their home. It's the race that give the best of themself during the war. They help a lot of different race and lose a lot of people for that."
