3 3. Red and Blank...

It was 04:00 in the morning when he reached the apartment building he had rented, he was alone in the country and so, he considered it his home.

He has been staying in this place since he came to the country 7 years ago for his college degree and after he met her 3 years ago, and they got together, a year ago, after she graduated, she also started staying here.

Well, her family lived in another city and they couldn't afford another place for her to stay so when she found a job here, he just proposed to stay together.

Because of his schedule, he was mostly away, but when he came back to this apartment which was well lit, he still felt warm. She was waiting for him to come back, even though he couldn't always be by her side she never complained, she was really a kind and genteel woman.

He thought he won't be able to have a partner in this life. After that accident, he couldn't feel comfortable around women... but after she came into his life and accepted him with his flaws, he became a little normal again... She was really his angel!

He may not be rich, but he still had enough money to get a posh apartment for himself, plus this was going to be his home so, he had spent a hefty sum too. This place was in one of the better locations in the city and it cost a lot, but he was fine with it. Considering his career, he couldn't exactly choose another low-security location, is what he thought back then. Though his dream was short-lived and he faced the cruel reality fairly early, but because she liked this place, he still worked every day to earn money, he had to keep this house at any cost. Her job wasn't paying much so, he had to take more works... He was tired, but because she was here, he didn't complain... he could still endure it.

He placed his card over the security lock and punched the password, the door opened without any noise. It was quite late, she was probably asleep and so, his footsteps were light.

The aisle led to the lounge with a simple kitchen to the side and a small dining table in front of it. The apartment had a vibrant theme and looked homely and warm, the lounge had a staircase on the other side, which led to the upper floor with the master bedroom, a guest room and a study.

It was just enough for a couple to live in.

YuTang was a bit thirsty and took a detour into the kitchen to get a glass of water.

Taking sips of water out of the glass, he slowly made his way to the master bedroom.

He was a little giddy and though light, his steps had a skip to them, but reaching the top stair, he turned to the side only to see a woman in red squatting in front of the door with a phone in her hand with an evil grin on her lips.

He became alert as the glass fell from his hand with a BANG and the water spilt out, but he could care less as he shouted, " Who are you? What are you doing here?!!"

He was just a few steps away from the room then, and after taking a few large steps, he pulled the girl, who had a look of shock on her face, up subconsciously following her gaze from a while ago. When his eyes fell upon the scene inside the bedroom, his mind gave a blank--

He felt the girl reflexively picking up her phone and do something with it, but he was too shocked to speak as his grip loosened... YuTang felt a buzzing sound inside his head and almost thought that his eyes were playing a prank on him.

Everything happened in less than a minute--

The couple who had been fucking around without a care of the world finally sobered up a little upon hearing the man's loud voice. They were in the middle of doing it but the man actually didn't care if he was seen by the lover of the vixen he was doing and so, he quickened his pace even more... the young woman under him froze for a moment, but the pleasure the man gave her made her go soft as she moaned loudly.

'Well, it was high time, she left that desperate man...'

The man doing her was her boss and even if she couldn't become his wife, she was happy being his mistress as long as she could spend his money. That desperate man outside just had this apartment and nothing else! She felt betrayed when she found out, but because he could still sustain her she didn't leave him, but now with her boss to compare, she will definitely choose him ba!

As a result, without a care in the world, the two of them did the deed like rabbits in heat.

Outside, the young woman glanced at the man and seeing his blank but crestfallen face, she felt sudden anguish and deep heartache inside.

The man was still in a daze and didn't seem to care about the world, his eyes looked like he was facing an apocalypse, as if, it was the end of the world.
