CHAPTER – 6 EXCURSION - FROM HER POV

Harini POV – since it was a new school I was a bit scared to join, on my first day

I was happy to see my best friend kirthi in the same school, choosing the same course .

Though the school was a little boring as I expected it to be, still I managed to have my way through

I saw few of my old school mates in this new school .

I saw harish, who is a socializing person, chit chatting with the other students in the class.

It was during break time, when harish came to our bench and we were talking about our old times that we had together in our previous school.

Suddenly some new random guy came and was speaking with harish, and that's when harish introduce me saying , "the new guys name is jae , and that they both used to study together in their old tution, so we greeted eachother.

And that's the first time I saw him".

The meeting didn't end there

As he was sitting in the rows which is behind mine, every time he pass by, subconsciously, we started greeting one another with a smile.

And soon I started to notice that, he finds excuse to leave the class.

As soon as the class gets over, he starts finding excuse to leave the class and runs out.

surprisingly I got curious on, were he is going after the class gets over, *I though of following him*.

Immediately once the class gets over i saw him getting through the class door, so i excused myself from kirthi and i followed him.

This is went I noticed that, he was standing in the corridor and speaking with a girl from my class.

*Without any reason I started getting angry*

I tried not to show my anger and went inside my class.

Few days passed by.

I didn't have any kind of feelings are anything but felt irritated by seeing him close with other classmates and just wanted to be friends with him

Suddenly one day, they took the topic of excursion

Kirthi told that she doesn't wanna come, since in her family they wont allow her.

I was fighting with her to make her join me somehow. That's when he interrupted the conversation and asked what was the conversation about

Since I was furious I didn't speak anything . "hey guys what the discussion about why are you becoming so much worked at about "

I told him "jae, look at kirthi this is the first time we are going as a group but she is refusing to come" and I looked at kirthi and told her " hey kirthi,if your not coming how will I go to the excursion, cant you come for my sake ?"

"hey kirthi you can come right, she is calling you to accompany her right? "jae said

"why you people are not understanding what I am telling , I cant come, they don't sent me at my place , why bother me ? you people enjoy and come " said kirthi

So jae told me "harini she is telling she can't come, you can't pester her man, we are there right ,so we'll enjoy. Don't bother kirthi anymore man".

And finally I ended up alone in the tour

Since I have motion sickness, I am so scared to go and am unable to sleep.

Due to lack of sleep, It was soo difficult to wake up so early in the morning, but somehow I manage to get up.

I reached school along with my dad, as I entered the campus, I saw jae getting scolded by the PT Teacher.

I stood silently listening to their conversation for a second and then started walking towards him.

"good morning sir , class maam is calling jae for attendance, can I take him sir?".

For which sir told "jae discipline is most important in life" for which he replied with a "yes sir"

* we finally escaped from that PT teacher*

Then he asked me where our class teacher was!

And my reply was "I lied" for which he paused for a second and replied with a "thanks".

Class teacher was taking attendance and then, we were directed to our bus.

That's when I learnt that, buses are separate for boys and girls.

Right when they are about to take off.

I saw jae entering into the bus.

*i was hopping for him to take our bus *

He went and sat with his friend pavi then later, he spoke to few other people and arranged seat for lucky and swapped his seat with someone next to pavi.

*thats when i realized, he is gonna take our bus*

I started feeling nauseous and I don't know what to do

I kept silent and I saw jae's concern towards me, he gave me a lemon and told me to smell it , so that nauseous sensation will subside and after some time ,I started sleeping subconsciously.

We I woke up again that's when I noticed, jae sleeping on rathikas shoulder and she was playing with his hair.

*For no reason I started getting annoyed!*.

I was looking at jae all the time, since my mind was disturbed and that's when, jae woke up, and turned his head towards me,

So I pretended to sleep. After a while he woke me up thinking that i was actually sleeping .

And after 2-3 min we reached our destination!

Since I am not a person who is interested in rides, I was thinking if I should join them or not, and the very first ride itself was sooooo scarry.

We refused to go, rathika took this chance and sticked together with jae for all the rides starting there, we took several pics.

Again after few rides I started feeling nauseous , jae took my hand and directed me to a dust bin and I started vomiting,

*I started having severe headache*

After few episodes of vomiting, I saw a small tiny rope that jae was holding in his hand ,I was not in my right mind to think what it was .

Then again rathika took jae for a ride, and i could feel his eyes were totally on me.

*though i was internally happy, still i was not in a position to express it .

When I started to feel nauseous again, in the middle of his ride, I started running to the nearest dust bin to vomit,

* to my surprise * that's when I saw jae holding on to me.

*when did he get down from the ride** how fast was he to reach me within fraction of seconds*

Once I am done, he led me to the nearest bend available. And threw the friendship bands that he had in his hand into the dust bin.

*yeah it was friendship band that he was holding on to *

And that's when rathika came and did this.. .
