This meant that the elements were the connection to the mother stream, thus having all the elements meant becoming one with the Mother-Stream which could equate to having a high chance of controlling it.

"If I'm not mistaken, you are planning on bestowing the inheritance of the other five elements on me?" Blake asked with a look of understanding, and Azkelwart's nod affirmed his belief.
