Enjoying the First Day (3)

While walking into his class, Rangga thinks about Max as the Twelve Eyes shows him what he is and what he will be based on the past Rangga's memories.

"( Max 'J' Watson ...., the Visionary .... )" Rangga says to himself as he recounted what he knows about Max.

Maxwell 'J' Watson, is an expert of Metatek as from he was a little boy, in every timeline, he is shown to have exceptional talent in technology as his technology helps every Metahuman in need.

In the 12th Timeline, Max is also known to be the 'Grand Engineer' as he was the one who created the Magitek armor for Rangga Twelve before he do his hero duties.

"( Thanks to his influence, I in the 12th Timeline was able to defeat many Deviants in battle ... )" Rangga says as he remembers the battle that takes place in the Timeline long before this one.

"( But still .... )" Rangga says while stopping his steps.

"( The one that defeated the Deviants in the Earth's battle was not completely me ...)" Rangga says as he remembers that he was very old when the battle has happened since he remembers correctly the person that end the battle.

"( Carla .... )" Rangga says as he remembers his granddaughter, the Hero that ended the war against the Deviants back then.

As he remembers her, he then quickly hasten his steps to enter his class as he then sits on his chair since the Teacher is already inside the class.

While he listens to the teacher, Rangga then looked at Max as he writes the teacher's explanations in his book while Rangga only writes what he needs to know since he always wanted to be a 'to-the-point-person'.

"( In order to quickly understand every lesson, I must first master the core of the subject's matter and learn the rest afterward... )" Rangga says as he writes the points in his notebook.

"( Besides ... after finishing my first day .. )"

"( I still have some things to do ... )" Rangga says as he thinks of what he needs to do after the academy lessons are over while Max beside him can only look at him as his eyes widened.

( Hours later. )

[ 03:30 p.m. ]

After the other students had left the class, Rangga then was approached by Max as he knocks on his back with his cyborg's hand.

" Hey, Rangga .... !!!! " Max says to him as he wakes Rangga up from his thoughts.

" Oh hey, Max, what's up? " Rangga asks him while Max looks around, checking if everyone is already left or not.

" Oooh thank goodness, it's just the two of us ... " Max says as he then uses his ability on Rangga.

"( Hey Rangga ... can you hear my voice now? )" Max says as he opens his <Telephatic Communication>.

Hearing that, Rangga was shocked as he remembered that Max's ability is telepathy while trying to ease his worries.

"( Dammit ... he sees everything, didn't he? )" Rangga thinks to himself.

"( I do ...!!!! )" Max answers him which makes Rangga shocked as Max tells him everything that he just sees and hears from Rangga's mind.

"( Past Timelines huh .... )" Max says using his telepathy.

"( Interesting ... I never thought that such a thing exists ... )" Max says while looking further into Rangga's memories.

"( Max stop !!!!! )" Rangga says as he tells Max to stop seeing his mind which Max says that it's okay as he won't tell anybody.

"( Don't worry, even if I tell this to everyone ... )"

"( Nobody would believe me ... right? )" Max asks as he tells Rangga the very reason why he holds such a secret to himself.

"( You can ... say that .... )" Rangga answers him as he was wondering something.

"( Max .... )"

"( If you see my mind for hours .... )"

"( Then do you also see ...? )"

"( Yes ...!!! )" Max says very quickly.

"( What happened to both of my parents right? )" Max answers Rangga as he tells him what he sees regarding his parents which are both Truthseeker and Memoir, the Memory Couple.

"( Hmmpph .... no wonder their heads almost popped up ... )" Max says as he tells Rangga that he understands that fixed-minded parents like them have no chance to fathom all of these facts inside Rangga's brain.

"( All of this knowledge you have is most impressive, Rangga .... )" Max says as he sees Rangga's memories further.

"( Right ladies ... )" Max looks at the class's walls as the female monsters show themselves to Max as they all deemed him as a threat.

"( Master ... he is dangerous ....!!!! )"

"( He knows too much .... let us eliminate him ..!!!! )"

"( Let us feast him !!!! )"

"( Whoa whoa whoa ... enough!!!! )" Rangga orders his monsters as he tells them to go on Camouflage again as he looks at the class's CCTV.

"( Thank goodness, I've already used my skill on the CCTV earlier .... )" Rangga says as he looks at the CCTV as the water his Trickster Magic to make its sight be blurred by the time the monster's appeared themselves before Max.

As it happened, Rangga then tells Max to have this conversation elsewhere as both of them (with the monster's behind them) go to the place where they can talk without being disturbed which is.

"( Aaahh this is a good place to talk ... )" Max says as both of them went into the academy's old library room where the place is very empty, perfect for having a secret meeting.

As Max says that, Rangga then asks him telepathically (since Max still opened the Telepathic Communication) since he wonders how long Max saw his thoughts.

"( Around a half of the class's hour, I think... )" Max answers him as he can see back then that his thoughts are leaking somehow which only he and the other telepath can see.

As the two telepathically interacted, Max begins to ask Rangga about his 'granddaughter' and wondered very badly why would he do the things he's done, only to make his granddaughter 'exist' in this timeline, which is quite illogical for Max to understand.

"( I only just wanted her to 'exist' and live happily .... )" Rangga says as he tells Max that in every timeline, Carla, his beloved granddaughter had always done everything to help him as she always seeks much prestige in every timeline for him while he as an old man (in the previous timelines) can only do very little thing to support her.

"( And also in every timeline, because of my weakness .... my granddaughter had to experience the Divine Judgement again and again ... )" Rangga says as he remembers Carla's death in every previous timeline which wounds his heart very badly.

As he says that, Max replies by asking is that why Rangga does all of this, starting from becoming the Titan and rampaging across Supernova City and becoming a Substitute Dungeon Hero in order to Farm as many items as he can.

"( Yes .. Max .... )" Rangga says as he looks at him.

"( It is all because of Carla that I want to make sure that she will no longer suffer like that in this Timeline's future. )" Rangga tells Max all of his reasons as he tells Max that he will defeat every Demonic Monsters, Deviants, and Diviners in order for her granddaughter to exists happily.

"( My granddaughter Carla, had too many things to make me proud in the past Timelines ... )" Rangga tells him.

"( And now, .... )"

"( I want things to be different ... )"

"( If in the past Carla will do everything to make me proud ... )"

"( Then in this Timeline, in these Eleven Years that I had, ... )"

"( I will do everything in order for her to exist happily ... )"

"( By destroying the Universal Reboot that the Diviners cast upon us, so she won't have to be re-experienced all of those suffering again... )"

"( Whether everyone will like it or not ... )" Rangga tells Max as he leaves the room since he can't control his emotions anymore since he is talking about Carla which is his most sensitive topic.

As he leaves Max in the room, Max thinks to himself as he never thought such a reason would exist inside a person.

"( Hmm ... interesting ... )" he says.

"( What an interesting reason behind all of his doings ... )" he says while smiling.
