Arbyss's Last Days (1)

As Arbyss gets out of that place, he returns to his base since one of his subordinates tells him that the base is being attacked by the Malice Gang.

" Dammit, those guys again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! " Arbyss says as he rushes into his base while abandoning every comrade back in the hospital even if the comrades call out to his comm which he throws it away as his base is more important than their lives.

" I must get there quickly before .... " Arbyss says as he then immediately uses his ability to launch himself into the sky as he then unleashes his wings to fly soaring through the night clouds since he needs to go to this base on the M district.

( Meanwhile.)

" So, do you guys sure that you managed to clean all of them? " Rangga asks his monsters as they tell him that they had already cleared as many as they can.

" Of course we did, young master ... "

" Thank you for your <Empowerement> skill !!!! " they all say to Rangga while he exhales he thought that the skill was not enough to buff them since he's afraid that these new enemies might have something more on their sleeves.

" I'm sorry that I've made you work hard so far .... " Rangga apologizes since he thought at first that he should be the one who does the whole battle himself which his servants then reject, saying that they are his servants and their joy is to obey and fulfill all of his orders no matter how hard it is.

" How can we, the beings that you once defeated inside the Pit reject your very order? " Illustria says as she kneels to the ground, followed by the others as they kneel to the Young Lord who gave them the second chance in the first place.

" Oh Our Mighty Young Lord, please do not be shy on asking us to serve you, we would happily do it until our souls that you've collected are completely destroyed to nothingness. " they all say which scares Rangga as he then thinks.

"( Wait a minute ..., I know that they say that due to their loyalty but ... )"

"( But .. when they say until their souls are destroyed ... )"

"( Doesn't mean that they will serve me until I die completely or worst .. )"

"( Destroyed? )" Rangga says as he remembered that back then, the System told him that if he and the <Core of Awakening> are both destroyed, he will permanently die and the souls that he stored inside the Core which becomes the System Space will also be destroyed completely.

As he thinks about it, he begins to shiver as his teeth start to move rapidly as he, in the first place, did not actually trust the monsters he acquired and he still remembers how he constantly told them not to trust him.

" What is it, Illustria? " Rangga says as Illustria then sits beside him as she closes her eyes.

"( Seriously, this moves again? )" Rangga quickly notices her usual move code and body language as she definitely wants something.

" My Young Lord, ... " she says while twirling her hair.

" I want to ask something ... " she says while showing the System Interface that shows both Scarbody and Thornquill's current levels.

As she shows him that, she then seducingly asks Rangga how and why did he increase their levels instead of her and the other females as she remembers that she and the others serve him with their full loyalty.

When she utters that, she then looks at Rangga as she wonders if Rangga is bored with having the femmes doing his job Rangga then tells them that he only increases Scarbody and Thornquill's level since they were available at the time and tells Illustria that he would do it for her someday, but definitely not now.

" Fine then, young lord .. "

" Please forgive my advances ... " she bows as she excuses herself from Rangga's sight.

"( Oh my ..) " Rangga says as he notices Illustria and the others' jealousy as they all looked at him with sharp stares.

Arbyss has returned to his base, only to see it burned as he then sees that his people (monsters) are being killed he then sees someone coming from the fire.

" You ... " he says as he then sees the Black-armored man with his subordinates as he comes out from the fire and greets him.

" Welcome home, leader Arbyss ... "

" I'm sorry that your home was dirty after we knocked ... " the black-armored man says to him as he smiles under his mask.
