Sara accompanied her friend Stefanie, who is also a doctor, to buy some ingredients for cakes, since she does pastry work outside of her working hours. In this sense, they were talking about the different ways of reinventing themselves, in order to help Sara develop an activity that might interest her. Sara was motivated and curious about the fact that I buy a lot of milk and eggs for the cakes.

Stefanie, was telling Sara that they distribute products for her cakes, several people and most are from the interior of the state. Because in that area there is the breeding of cattle and the producers sell at a very good price. Sara felt very interested in that world and that is why Stefanie invited her to accompany her to do her shopping the next day.

The next day, Stefanie called Sara to go to the market and order eggs and milk from producers in the interior of the state. Along the way, Sara kept asking about the sales of her products. Stefanie, tells him that her cakes have become well known, however, she considers the use of social networks and web pages to be a very important resource to make herself known. In this sense, Sara refers that she plans to create an internet communication network that allows greater correspondence between producers, distributors, and consumers.

Stefanie, immediately with a voice of astonishment, says

- Excellent… Very good idea! - Stefanie believes that in this way she would increase sales quickly and the market would expand -.

Sara responds:

- Of course, everything is a matter of satisfying the needs and seeking the comfort of the people. - The important thing is to worry about offering a good product. In order that people feel satisfied. Something similar occurs with the facilities that can be provided to distributors and consumers so that they can feel safe with the resource that is being offered, since being a means that for them is completely new and perhaps even unknown in many of the cases, there is a lot of doubt and mistrust. In this sense, you have to work first by giving people enough information to allow them to feel confident.

In this regard, Stefanie states that she fully agrees. But what you have to be very clear about is that you have to work a lot from the beginning and that should not be a reason to get discouraged, but quite the opposite. Since these types of challenges can be taken advantage of.

Sara tells Stefanie:

- Friend, I am absolutely in line with you, it really catches my attention. Now I propose that we work together.

Stefanie responds:

- Okay, from today we will start. Without exaggeration, it is not very fast, because from this moment, we can start investigating this type of business.

Stefanie considers that they can take advantage of the opportunity that they are going to buy in the market and if possible they can talk to the producers about what they have in mind, with the intention of seeing the attitude of the people.

When they arrive at one of the businesses, they meet Roberto, one of the milk and cheese producers, who has become close friends with Stefanie, because little by little, she has become one of his best customers.

Then Stefanie introduces her childhood friend to Sara, who is now a doctor as well. At that moment, both of them saw each other's eyes and in their gazes it was noted between them that there was a great attraction. As can be inferred, Sara was attracted and her friend noticed immediately. However, he tried to hide the situation.

Therefore, Roberto begins to investigate in order to establish a greater connection with Sara, in that sense he tells her:

- You look like a cousin, she has eyes like yours.

- I invite you to have a coffee and so we take advantage of talking a little more about business.

Stefanie noticing that both are attracted and at the same time were shy, tries to find a way to break down the communication barriers a bit and goes to Roberto and says:

- We have a business and we want to integrate into the team people who are used to working in the world of distribution and sale of agricultural products.

That said, Roberto in a very funny and simple way comments:

- That person is me, the truth is that I do not know very well what it is about, but coming from you, I am sure it must be a very good proposal.

In a very spontaneous way, Roberto tells them:

- I am available for any job I love challenges, when I start a business, I generally take great care of the people with whom I will develop that work, in your case I feel confident, since I have enough time knowing Stefanie and with respect to you Sara, just by seeing you I can realize that you are an excellent person.
