Unexpected Changes

Click Clack!

The sound of footsteps echoed through the empty dark hallway as the dark masculine figure walked between the two walls. The silence itself was horrifying but the gloomy atmosphere made it worse.

The man's face was hidden under the shadow of his black cloak. Soon he reached the end of the hallway after passing across so many doors, he finally stopped in front of the last door. He extended his hand, twisting the doorknob as he entered the dim-lit room, closing the door behind him.

He turned on the light that itself wasn't bright enough to completely lighten up the room. He then extended his steps towards the other corner of the room where something was covered with a black cloth, it seemed like a cage.

He removed the cloth as a smirk grew on his face. It was indeed a cage and inside could be seen a silver-colored dragon infant who seemed to be unconscious.
