Something~

(???)

"I've texted Minhyuk but I was left on seen." One of my men replied as I told him to text Minhyuk earlier in our meeting. We just finished meeting but we just sat at our seats since we're kind of 'free'.

"Hyung, why do we have to do this? Minhyuk did nothing wrong." Dongwoo told me.

"Look. He didn't want to do his job. He wanted this job but he didn't do it. So, as the boss, I have to do something with him." I told all of them.

"You mean you replaced our boss last time." Minjae said. He would always want to correct people especially me (but I didn't say that he corrected me. He was just saying nonsense.)

"I replaced him. Then?" I asked Minjae back. It was normal if Minjae and I argue since we were younger.

"You replaced him, Jooyoung. HE wanted to punish Minhyuk. So now you want to punish Minhyuk, too?" Minjae asked and emphasize 'he'.

"So what if I want to? He deserves to be punished. He didn't do his job when he had it. He wanted it but he let it go. He had a a chance to prove that he was the best. I could see his potentions to be the best of the best." I said.

"It's my fault." Minjae said suddenly, looked down.

All of our eyes widen. Minjae didn't usually act like this. I meant like he's not the type that admit all his fault. From all the small things to the big ones, he's still not that type to apologise and admit.

He would defend himself and ignored all the problems. If he would admit or apologise, he would say it's 'our' fault instead of 'my' fault. So he would still blame others.

"If I didn't force you to bring Minhyuk home, this thing would never happen. If I didn't train him, this thing would never happen too." Minjae said.

"I-I should just let him be there at the streets. I shouldn't be worried that he m-might tell Yoo because he probably won't." he started to stutter.

"I should have never force you guys to do anything then this would never happen." That's when we realised a water dropped on the floor. It was Minjae. He cried.

"It's my fault. I'm the one who should be blame." He started to cry more then Dongwoo hugged him.

"No. It's no one's fault." Dongwoo tried to comfort him.

I just froze there on my seat same goes to the others.

While he was comforting Minjae who started to calm, I heard a loud knock on our door, or more like a loud bang.

My men opened the door and some of them prepared their weapons because it might be any of our enemies coming to attack us.

Once the door opened, our eyes widen. The sad Minjae now was shocked. Same goes to the others. (Especially Dongwoo, who was standing next to Minjae, jaw-dropped because he's extra)

(Ha Eun)

I went to my car and locked it. I screamed for a while because I thought I now had a crush. On Seo Minhyuk.😍 Love at the first sight was real.

Then, I drove to my father's house. Wait- I forgot about Jiwoo. uGh.

Jiwoo and I weren't just living together. We were like family. Sisters. We also shared some of our things including car. So we went here just now by our car. I would text her after I reached my father's house.

/Time Skip/

I reached my father's house but something happened. When I was about to enter the gate, the guards asked me who I was. Wait. The didn't know me?

"I'm Yoo Ha Eun. So now can I enter?" I asked. "Not yet. We can't just let you in. What if you're a stranger that pretends to be my boss's daughter." One of the guards said

I was mad but decided to stay calm and relax. They probably didn't know me because they're probably new or I had been gone for a long long time.

"Can you show me your ID?" The guard asked me.

When I was about to show my ID, someone sounded familiar spoke.

"No need. She's your boss's daughter. I know her." That familiar voice sounded sO faMiLiaR.

I looked at the person who spoke earlier. I was right. I knew him.

"Yohhhhhhh! Joji!!!" I half shouted because I was so excited.

Joji was my father's assistant. He had been with my father for a long time, before I was born. So he worked with my father for more than 20 years but still didn't age. I meant he's younger than my father but he's old too now. How's that even possible?

I didn't know his real name. Ever since I was born I called him Joji since everyone called him Joji. I didn't know anything about his personal life like did he has a family, his nationality, his real name. The only thing I knew about him was that he's my father's assistant.

"She's the real Yoo Ha Eun", Joji said with a smile, making me smile too.

"Oh. Sorry, miss. We didn't know you're the real one." Then all the guards bowed to me.

I half bowed to them because I was still in the car. "So can I enter?" I asked them.

"Yes! Of course, Miss Yoo." Then the guards opened the gate for me to enter. "Thank you." I thanked them and smiled.

I parked my car then went out just to see Joji stood near my car, waiting for me with a bright welcoming smile.

"Long time no see." I said as I hugged him.

"Yes. I think you should go back here a bit more often." Joji said making me pouted.

"You know I'm kind of busy, right?" I said. He nodded. "But you should know that all the others missed you." He said. Then we both walked to the house.

I quickly understood when I heard 'the others'. 'The others', meaning the other old workers. They knew me since I was born. Well, some of them didn't know me like the guards earlier because they're probably new. Even though I had been long gone, the others would still recognise me.

"Ya I know. By the way, what did you mean by 'the real Ha Eun' just now? Same goes to what one of the guards said." I asked Joji curiously.

"Oh. Lately, a lot of people had been pretending to be you for no reason and they're probably enemies because no normal humans know about us since your father is a- you know." Joji said.

"Weird." I chuckled. "I missed the old times where we could talk like this with the others too." Then we walked through the loOOoOooOoOooOooOoOng hallway.

"Same but you're here now so why not-" Joji was cut off by a loud noise calling my name.

"OH MY GOD IS THAT CHU HA EUN?! AHHHHHHHHHH!" one of the housemaids screamed in excitement.

"Unnieeeeeeeee!" I hugged her and she hugged me back while jumping.

It was on of the maids that had been taking care of me since I was born. She's my favourite among others because we talked about a lot of random things and we also shared our secrets. Her name was Yooni. I didn't know if that's her real name or just nickname but yeah...I called her that.

"Omg. I MISSED YOU. WHERE HAD YOU BEEN?!" she asked me.

"I'm here. I'm always here..just live in a different house." I said, letting go her.

"Is the house big? Bigger than", she paused for a while and looked around, "this house?! Your dad's house?!" she asked me with her eyes widen. I didn't know her eyes were so big.

"Nah. I live in a 'half house'." I told her. Well, in our dictionary, it means that I lived in a shoplot.

Jiwoo had to manage her business, a bakery, so she lived there. The bakery was on the ground floor while her little house was on the first floor. I lived there with her for a long time already.

Her parents died when she was 12 so the only place that she had at that time was her bakery (she automatically became the owner of the bakery after her parents died). So she lived there since 12 years old and when we met at the college, I didn't have a place to stay (for uhmm some reasons) so I lived with her.

"You live in a half house? Omo. You're getting normal." Yooni unnie teased me then both of us chuckled.

Joji fake coughed then asked, "So, we are going to stand here like forever?"

"Heh funny." I said as I rolled my eyes.

"Hey. Rude. You shouldn't act like that in front of older people." Joji pointed his finger at me, teaching me like I'm a 5-year-old kid.

"Older people? You mean boomers?" I said and I ran away to the kitchen before I bring chased by those 'old people'.
