"You don't plan on deceiving our leader, do you?" Pil-du asked as he kept his eyes on Haru as if to examine even the most minute detail to somehow get a hint of whether his next words would be a lie or not.
"Why would I do that? She is someone I know," Haru said and Pil-du kept on looking at his face to look for cracks, and only after a good few minutes.
"That'll be better because if you do I won't let you off no matter what it takes," Pil-du said looking back ahead, he was aware of his lack of power but that didn't mean he'd just sit back in case Haru did try to do something.
"Heh, didn't know you'd turn out to be this reliable," Haru joked and Pil-du didn't want any part of this since.
"And another thing," This time Pil-du was more serious as Haru listened carefully, "Stay away from my daughter."
"Hahaha, you can't be serious, Haha!" Haru started laughing it isn't like he had such plans but seeing Pil-du being so serious.
"It depends on whether she is my type or not, also it is not like I can suppress my aura, women fall for me all the time even if I don't do anything you know?" Haru said with a smirk and…
"You Bastard, I'll kill you!" Pil-du was about to blow his head off in anger as Haru laughed, it was clear that he was just joking, well at least about the part where he talked about Pil-du's daughter.
"Anyway, get lost I need to keep watch," Pil-du sat down on the bench but he was wrong about something.
"Don't feel sleepy, so I'll just stay here and keep you company," Haru said and Pil-du clicked his tongue.
"No one wants your company,"
"Oh come on, everyone loves my company you know," Haru said smugly and Pil-du deadpanned.
"I have a feeling you'll get stabbed one of these days, and hopefully it happens soon,"
"Hey, don't curse me?" Haru said and Pil-du just scoffed.
"As if I'll waste my breath doing that, now get lost,"
Then the night continued with Pil-du trying to get rid of Haru who just kept sitting there to annoy him to no end.
"Oh, It is morning already, I didn't even know when the time passed," Haru stood up from the bench and stretched a little with a big smile.
He was feeling quite refreshed but Pil-du on the other hand.
"This was the worst night of my life," Pil-du looked dead tired since Haru kept pestering him, But it looked like that was going to end now, or so it seemed because…
"Hey Pil-du," Haru called out and Pil-du looked up with a frown, he knew that ignoring Haru would just make it worse.
"The warning goes both ways, understand?" Haru said and Pil-du looked at him for a while as he remembered the way his current leader was around the former before speaking.
"You are surely getting stabbed soon," Pil-du said as he shook his head.
"Oi, that's unnecessary," Adam said but he was still serious about what he said before.
"And no need to stare at me, I, of course, won't betray the savior of my family," Pil-du said, and only then did the smile returned back on Haru's face.
"Alright then, gotta bounce," Haru said and walked back to the building while Pil-du continued to watch the main gate.
"Hmm~ Hmm~," Haru just made his way back to Zenobia's room and greeted a few people on the way.
"You came, I was just about to call you," Thankfully he met Zenobia at the door as she had just exited the room.
"Hmm, did something happen?" Haru asked since it seemed like something had indeed happened.
"It would be better if we talk inside," Zenobia turned around and walked into the room as Haru followed her.
"Oh, Good morning Haru," upon entering the room Haru was met with a sleepy Jin-ah who looked like she had just woken up, and it was true since Zenobia was the one who did that before exiting the door to go and meet Haru.
"Morning," Haru sat down next to Jin-ah and she leaned on him while stretching her body. It was a fairly common sight in the house so Zenobia didn't mind it and sat down on the couch opposite to them.
"So, what did you want to talk about?" Haru asked looking at Zenobia.
"It is the group in Cheon-do, they have started to act weirdly," Zenobia said and Haru wanted to hear more about it, it seemed something had happened over on that side.
"It almost looks like a battlefield over there, the group with the meteor is hunting for smaller groups around the area who didn't join them before, and they seem to be taking as many alive as possible after destroying the groups, it seems like they are in a hurry for something, and I don't really have a good feeling about it," Zenobia was still unable to go too deep into the enemy territory with her drones but her instincts were telling her that something wasn't right.

"She said the people who had been in Gwang-Hwamun did follow her without any problems, but the independent groups she met were still suspicious of her and didn't join her when she offered to help, some had even attacked her outright," Zenobia said and…
"Well, that is to be expected," Haru was sure that this would happen, and knowing Hae-in she would've already told Queresha to make sure these people are brought into the group to keep them safe even if they did attack her.
Since Hae-in was a hunter so saving people was almost second nature for her which is the main reason she was so fast to search up her designated area, she wanted to keep the loss of life to as low as possible.
But she seemed to have a different reason for which she was coming over, not that Haru knew anything about it.
