8 Gentleman guardian

He was a first-class gentleman guardian who normally would not have been shocked by a fistfight between children, even if they were of the Flower family.

However, even he couldn't help but stare in disbelief at Raimon, who was looking blankly at the unconscious twins lying on the floor.

The young 6-year-old teacher beat his younger siblings?

He couldn't believe it. Normally, there shouldn't be a big difference in physique between a 6-year-old and a 4-year-old, let alone in a family that was feared by everyone in the Solar Empire.

Besides, the twins had been learning the Martial Arts from a guardian knight recently.

On the other hand, Raimon was indifferent to training and had not yet started learning martial arts. He hadn't started learning anything at all. At least, that's what the guardian knight who taught the twins had been told.

"Hugh."

"Young Master Raimon, what did you just..."

The knight asked him as Shin let out a barely audible groan.

"They started fighting each other out of nowhere and I just came to separate them."

"Excuse me?"

"They fought each other."

The knight immediately realized that Raimon was lying, but he couldn't pursue the matter any further. After he could see how Raimon was smiling as if everything had gone according to his plans.

Although the duty of the guardian knight who lived in the shadows of the Flower family was to protect the children of the family, he was still a stranger to the Flowers after they left the castle. He was in no position to argue with the young masters of Castle Blood.

He had already heard that the Flower family children were violent and brutal as youngsters but calmed down in their teenage years.

"But this only confirms my doubts... I should immediately inform the Duke and stay out of it."

The knight bowed politely to Raimon. Although he may be a child of six almost seven years old, Raimon is still a true blood Flower and the next head of the family.

"I understand. Then I'll take the young masters to the doctor."

"No need."

"There is somewhere my brothers need to go."

"Somewhere else? Where is that?".

"To the garden."

"To the garden?"

"Take them for me immediately."

When the light in Raimon's eyes changed, the guardian knight had no choice but to lift the unconscious twins onto his shoulders.

"Come on."

He followed the young man in front of him. Raimon was heading towards the small mound in the back garden of Blood Castle, a special place where a heavy downpour fell one or two weeks a month.

It was the cat's grave. The cat the twins had killed and put in their room.

The little mound had not yet been destroyed by the downpour as the weekend was not yet here.

"Put them down."

"But Young Master, they are still wounded..."

The fierce wind was about to swallow the knight and Raimon, not to mention the two injured boys.

Raimon didn't respond and just stared into his eyes waiting for his decision.

It didn't take the knight long to realize that this was an order. He saw it in Raimon's attitude. It was the attitude of a Flower who gave a serious order and did not allow himself any refusal.

He would never have imagined that a six-year-old could have such an imposing and regal aura.

The knight with no right to refuse had to comply even if the order could harm another Flower, he could not refuse by any means since, in the first place, the twins were not awake and in a position to order him to refuse.

All he could do was follow the order of the Flower in front of him.

Without considering the consequences of these orders, he would only have to report the incident to the Duke and the former Duke. Even if the twins died, the Flower family would not blame the knight.

Family disputes and quarrels were very common within the family until the next successor was formally chosen.

"Yes, Young Master."

Placed the twins in front of the tomb. The two children were still motionless, except for a few occasional movements from the pains they were in.

The twins were rescued two hours later by Reineza who was returning from his excursion.

The two had acute pneumonia for a few days, and never again dared to look Raimon in the eye until the day they left the Castle of Blood.

***

In an eastern region of the continent, there was an unprotected area. Also known as the Forest of Wailing.

Raion had been meditating for several days in this monster-infested land trying to stimulate the last blood awakening and be formally recognized as the second power of Semi-God rank in the Solar Empire.

He was simply sitting on the ground, but the nearby monsters were running madly and did not dare to approach him, not even those the size of buildings.

Soon, a knight covered in the blood of countless monsters and full of wounds walked toward Raion.

"Greetings to the Duke. This is Sebastian."

It was the guardian knight who had obeyed Raimon's orders and left the twins in the garden ten days ago inside the Castle of Blood.

"Is something wrong?"

Raion asked as he carefully opened his eyes.

"I've come to report a fight between the young masters of Blood Castle."

"There's no way that's just what you came to report. Speak quickly."

Sebastian explained the details of the incident, and after a few seconds, a smile grew on the Duke's face.

"So, they died?"

"They only had acute pneumonia, but their lives are not in danger."

"Then they must have learned an important lesson and I don't think they'll behave like that anymore. I see it coming back."

"Understood."

Sebastian had desperately fought countless monsters for days on end just to bring back this report, but he held no grudge against the Duke or the young master. He silently returned to the direction of the Castle of Blood. That was the job of the gentleman guardian of the Flower family.

"I should go see Raimon for myself."

And so, Raion finished his training and showed up at the Castle of Blood two months later.
