1 Chapter 1: The System

Fang Yuan Sighed as he walked slowly to his house actually to be more accurate his tent. It wasn't that strange to live in a tent especially in the world he was living in.

Fang Yuan used to be a regular high schooler is what I'd say if he had been, Fang Yuan had always been strange even in his first life he was what people called cruel but he was just apathetic he lacked empathy for others which made him an outcast.

He hadn't lived a long life because it was unfortunately ended by his own mother, yup, his own mother strangled him to death then she got caught a week later and got hauled to prison.

That was day Fang Yuan was thankful because it made him realize he couldn't trust anyone but himself. And then he woke up only to find he was in a different body which (fortunately) had a name a that was easy to remember (Dexter) .

It had already been a week since he had occupied this body and he finally sorted out the memories of the original owner of his current body. Fang Yuan was an orphan his parents had died and left him a token and a letter so that he could enter the Arcane Magic Academy.

Fang Yuan has soon figured out he was in a magical world, there were ranks for nobility on earth nobility depended on wealth but in this world it depended on your bloodline inheritance.

Having a bloodline made you proficient in an element and in rare cases two elements. Mages are ranked depending on the type of spells the could use they would go from rank 1-rank 9 each rank divided in low,middle,high, and peak.

Most bloodlines come with a divine ability so even if you aren't that proficient in using your element you could use your divine ability.

Fang Yuan sat down trying to gather mana but was once again unable to. He didn't have a bloodline and even if he did he wasn't able to awaken it just as he was about to give up on gathering mana he heard a voice in his head.
