Angel's POV

"Here you are." Kayden said. But he quickly noticed my hesitant expression and remembered something, " Never mind, I'm just used to doing this."

When I used to go out to restaurants with Kayden and my other friends, Kayden was always the one who took care of us.

It was just something he was used to doing, and if it were Helen or anyone else now, he would do the same. So I don't know if I should say no.

As I hesitated, Gabriel handed his over to me as well.

He didn't say anything, but I could sense that if I took Kayden's shrimp, it might take me a long time to appease him.

"I'm sorry Kayden," I said as I picked up Gabriel's plate, "these are more than enough for me."

I declined Kayden's shrimp.
