Angel's POV

'Angel?' Kayden was shocked when he received my message. 'What happened?'

I briefly repeated what had just happened to Kayden.

'Are you saying that you went after a suspicious figure and then got pushed into a trap he had prepared?'

Perhaps it was because this matter was outrageous, so it took Kayden a little while to fully accept it.
