6 months later

A boy was lying on a mountain's top in open without anything to cover him except his clothes, observing his well-toned body you could say that he was around 14 year old. But for now he looked like he was in a very deep sleep.

After a while he stirred in his sleep his eyelids flickering and he abruptly got up. As soon as he got up the mist or you could say clouds also stirred as a dragon poked its majestic head out of it.

As the boy was still in daze the dragon waited for him to get stable, slowly the boy's memories started returning, it was our Dale now looking younger and childish his eyes were golden, his pupils turning into slits of gold glitter and then again human.

He was not able to see the change but every time his pupils turned into slits he would see waves of something bluish-purple flowing around him that too in a large and concentrated amount.

And this was giving him a severe headache, "TRY CLOSING YOUR EYES AND IMAGINE WHAT YOU SEE NORMALLY." He was a bit startled but remembering whose voice it was he followed the advice.

After opening his eyes in a few mins he was not surprised to see that his vision was now normal.

"WHAT YOU SAW IN THOSE VISION IS ALSO BENEFICIAL IN MANY WAYS AS IT WAS THE MANA FLOW OF THIS PLACE DON'T DISCARD IT IN FEAR OF A SIMPLE HEADACHE, YOU HAD A HEADACHE RIGHT NOW BECAUSE MANA IN MY SURROUNDING IS MUCH MORE CONCENTRATED, AND SUCH HIGH AMOUNT CAN DO THAT TO ANYONE NEW TO MANA EYES."

Hearing all this he was overcome with great fear that he will blast away into pieces. As if sensing his fear the dragon said, "WORRY NOT YOUR BLOOD AND BONE MARROW HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH SOME OF MINE OWN, FOR ME IT WAS SOME BUT FOR YOU IT WAS ENOUGH FOR YOUR WHOLE BODY."

"Why are you doing this for me I mean even if I would have blasted the forest you could have easily escaped it?"

"AFTER 2 YEARS OF HELPING YOU DO YOU THINK I WOULD NOW ABANDON YOU, AND I ALSO HAVE SPECIAL INTEREST IN YOU AS YOU ARE PROBABLY AN OUTSIDER BECAUSE YOU JUST APPEARED IN THE FOREST OUT OF THIN AIR."

Seeing his age he was surprised but seeing his stats he wanted to cry all the stats he had were gone.

"DON'T GET UPSET, THOSE STATS WERE THE AMOUNT OF ENERGY STORED IN YOUR BODY READY TO COME OUT WITH A BIG BLAST, THESE ARE YOU OWN ORIGINAL STATS." Hearing it he shut his mouth.

"So you can reveres someone's age?" "ONLY US DRAGONS CAN, FOR A FEW YEARS THAT TOO FOR THE ONLY ONE THEY GIVE THERE BONE MARROW TO."

"Ok, so what now." "FOR NOW FOR A FEW MOTHS YOU HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO WALK WITH THAT SMALL BODY." Just as it said that he got up and checked his body. His height was around 5'3 now, and before it was not lower than 5'11.

He still had enough muscles so it was not a problem that he would look scrawny. Checking the scars he accumulated, he saw that they were all gone.

All this was surprising so to say but he ignored it and tried to walk but the difference in the centre of gravity made him do many weird dance as he used his hands to balance his body which was trying to fall continuously due to his wobbling leg.

For now he got behind a tree with the greatest difficulty he could have ever experienced till now and changed his clothes to those shorter ones he had when he came here, they were a bit tight but he managed.

Removing his shoes he walked bare footed which was easier as the shoes were too big for him to wear. After many hours he was able to walk properly sometimes staggering but better than before.

He checked the time and it was getting dark a few hours left before night time. "Would you mind if I eat Wyvern meat here?"

"NO, YOU CAN EAT ANY MEAT HERE EXCEPT MEAT OF HIGHER BEINGS WHICH WOULD BE DRAGON MEAT, AS IN HIGHER BEINGS ONLY WE HAVE FLESH REST HAVE DON'T HAVE A BODY BUT EXIST."

He quickly lit a fire and placed a large amount of wyvern meat at the flames, as the food got ready he ate it like a man hungry for years, all the walking and conversation had got him hungry and upon it the long sleep he had.

Speaking of which he asked how many days he slept, "6 MONTHS." "cough-cough" choking on his food he asked again, "6 months?" "YES."

Surprised he just slowly ate his food. After eating he took out the sleeping bag and as he got in it he had a feel that it was bigger, not minding it he slept soundly, happy to have more space for him.

Next morning he was woken up by few sun rays coming through the sleeping bag. Getting out of it he stretched and sat down for the breathing exercise.

As he was doing it the dragon's voice came from the side "YOU ARE DOING ONLY HALF OF IT." "What will be the full one?" "HMM, AS YOU HAVE ALREADY FIGURED OUT THE FIRST PART IT WILL BRING NO HARM IN TELLING YOU MORE."

"TRY SENSING MANA IN YOUR BREATH AND WHEN THE BREATH REACHES NEAR THE HEART TRY HOLD THE BREATH THERE FOR A WHILE AND ALSO STIMULATING THE MANA IN YOUR BREATH TO ENTER IN THE MANA FLOW OF YOUR BODY."

"IT IS COMPLICATED BUT TRYING WILL HAVE TO BE DONE BY YOU TO KNOW IF YOU CAN OR CAN NOT."

He tried what is said and was able to sense mana in his breathing fairly quick probably because of dragon blood.

Holding his breath when the mana filled air occupied his lungs fully he held his breath and tried influencing the mana in his lungs to flow in his mana flow.

As it followed his command in one go he quickly aligned it with his mana flow first then started extracting mana from his lungs slowly while aligning it at the same time.

"JUST DO THIS CYCLE TWO TIMES IT WILL TAKE YOU ONE HOUR."

Following the dragons advice he completed one cycle and quickly started another, it took him time but he was finished after an unknown amount of time.

But he knew it was his mind playing games and from the time he started it just one hour has passed, he opened his eyes turning towards the dragon to thank it, as he was turning he had a small thought.

"Sir what would be your honourable name, I feel a bit awkward every time I think about you as I have to use the word dragon."

"MY NAME? HMM, THAT WOULD BE THE GREAT DIAVAL EUSTACE EBORSISK. YOU CAN CALL ME DIAVAL FOR CONVENIENCE."

Hearing all this he was getting dizzy. As he was too much exhausted from all this he just cooked his food and eating it he went to sleep.
