He came back after a while, I asked him what the High Priestess said to him but he just shook his head and said it wasn't important.
Today had to be the worst day of my life I thought as I and Craig drove back home, Craig had called Zayn to come to pick us up, and the ride back home was very awkward and uncomfortable, I thought about everything that happened in the last 48 hours. I approached my mate and then realise a reincarnated soul lives within him or possesses him, I still don't understand it yet, then I brought him home and got his scent on my bed, then he woke up and get intoxicated by my looks which I loved, I drive him back home to my current worst enemy his so-called husband Frankie, he asks me on a run date, then I go back home and drown myself to sleep with Adrian scent on my bed, then in the middle of the night, I woke up with pains I couldn't understand on my chest, then I realise my mate is frolicking with his husband, and the reason it affected me after all these years is that we had made contact, now thankfully I survived the pains and torment in the night just to wake up to another dose of needles and hammer digging deep in my hearts and Luce literally about to die on me, then me almost falling apart just for Craig my Beta to bite and mark me, I let out a sigh, I don't know what and how all this happened in just 48 hours, even as an Alpha my days on earth have always been a kind of quiet one, but suddenly everything just occurred in one piece and I felt drained of all my energy.
I sigh again unconsciously running my hands on my hair out of frustration, that action made Craig turn towards me, he looked at me with so much sadness and regrets in his eyes... I felt so much pain in my heart watching him, he did it to save me and I wasn't angry at him.

What did the Priestess talk to you about?" I asked him again changing the topic hoping he will tell me this time because he had a very worried look on his face when he came out,
"Ahe said nothing," he answered stuttering, I looked at him suspiciously.
"It's okay if you don't want to share...I was just curious that's all,"
"She said I should take care of you and help you with your punishment, that's all," he said.
"Okay, if you are so sure, but how do you intend to do that, how do I get a married man to fall in love with me and mate with me within 30days huh?" that was the punishment the Goddess gave me,
I went to get answers but I was given nothing, I still had no idea of what was happening around me, what is my connection with Balsham and why was he living inside my Mate, or what is his business with us. there was no Intel whatsoever, all I got was Punishment to make Adrian fall in love with me and mate with me within 30days.
If you ask me how am going to make it happen, I had no idea, I was stuck, Craig held my thighs and told me we will find a way and that comforted me. I smiled at him and he looked at me...
"Are you blushing right now Craig?" I teased him and he smacked my thighs painfully and mouthed asshole looking at me, we both laughed and I was so happy that the awkwardness was reduced a bit in the car.
We were almost at home when I told Zayn to drop me off in the wood Reservoir where I met Balsham, I wanted to think and probably run, I just wanted to be alone with Luce, we both needed each other especially after almost losing each other today.

I will never understand why humans will like to stay in bustling places, I walked into the woods in slow steps, taking in the whole scenery, remembering the memories of Balsham in the woods,
