Overwhelming regret

After what happen in the party, Lucas stay on guard. Lucas since then keeps on acting weird and keep phasing back and forth. Lexi can't help but feel scared and worried. Her husband has been keeping up his guard all the time. Preventing him from sleeping and eating normally. Dark circles can be seen. He is thiner now. He tried to bury himself to work but it doesn't work.

Every time Lexi said that she has shivers down her spine, she knows that the person is following her. Lucas scared that someone might come hurt his wife. In that moment, Lucas ask Lexi to work from home. Lexi was stressed and didn't realize she has raised her voice to him. He has come to his senses.

Lucas confession made Lexi's heart broke. She was in awe, that her jaws drop to the floor. The greatest regret and mistakes that Lucas has made was quiet fatal. Lexi's worries for Lucas comethru the moment he is sick. Now what did he do in the past? "Lucas... what happened? Did you kill someone? What really happened? Please Lucas..." Lexi started crying after pleading Lucas. Lucas stand there with tears swelling up. He came to realization that his actions has been affecting the surroundings. Lexi especially, she was affected mentally and physically.

Lucas hug Lexi tight as he doesn't want to let go. He finally cried in her embraces. Lexi was shocked to see this side of Lucas. They cried for a while in each others arm. After a while Lucas had calm down. "It's ok Lucas... let it all out. You can tell me later if you're not ready. But take care please, I can help you. Don't hurt youselves ok?" as Lexi hug and kissed him, Lucas can't help but smile gratefully. "It's ok now love, I'll tell. Sorry for making you worried it's just " not finishing his words, Lexi cut him off with a kiss that he responded back immediatly. "Don't beat yourself hard my love. Whatever it is, we can go through it. I'm also fine. Step by step," she pat his head. Lucas was smilling like a puppy and Lexi giggles.

Lucas start with a heavy sighed. "I can do it. She needs to know. She is my wife afterall." After a long thoughts and multiple sighs he starts to explain. "Lexi... he is (secret) from the (secret) Group. He is now working together with (secret) and (secret) of the (secret group). The reason i was like that is because.... I am too naive in the past that I did something I shouldn't in the past. Now he is seeking revenge. He knows I didn't do it on purpose, and he knows that I shouldn't (secret) his (secret) but I can't help it. My insticts work by itself, breaking our bro code," Lucas said as he held onto Lexi's hand not letting go.

Lexi was shocked and worried about him, so she doesn't utter a word. All he needs is an ear to listen. "Continue darling, " Lexi smiled as she cared his hand, letting him bow that she won't leave. Lucas smiles and continue, "So I... (secret) his (secret) even tho I know that his (secret) is a bad guy. But still (secret) is still his (secret) even tho the actions were wrong. And by me saving (secret) I don't know the consequence. After I (secret) his (secret), his (secret) directly charge to his (secret) killing his loved ones. But you know what's weird? After (secret) was killed, his/her last words were mentioning about (secret)'s (secret) being a monster that should be ended," Lucas said the last sentence with a confussion. Lucas doesn't think much about the last question. Lexi was sad to see her husband condition. Lexi hugs Lucas as he cried that (secret) hates him while pulling his hair. She kissed Lucas and hugs him tight till he calms down.

His secret shocked and worries Lexi. His overwhelming regret is trully shocking for both pair. Lucas is mentally stress and Lexi is physically tired. The past that cannot be left behind shall be finished soon. The last sentance brings curiosity to Lexi. Now Lexi has this thought of investigating what truly is happening in the past. Why did (secret) killed (secret)'s beloved one and said that he/she finished the monster? What monster? What is happening? Who is the actual bad guy? This thoughts is killing Lexi so she went bed while hugging Lucas who frowns in his sleep.
