My Antidote

After killing buzzing flies, my morning is back to normal. But a particular morning something just feel off. Lucas was more silent than usual. His face is more red than usual. Is he blushing? Or is he burning up? Lucas notice my absent minded face so he snapped me out of it.

Lucas: hey, you okay? You have been absent minded for while... penny for thoughts?

Lexi: Um... I have been wondering but... *silently worried*

Lucas: *confused* But what? Are you hurt? What happen? (Wait.. she keeps looking at me... has she found out? I... got to hide it.)

Lexi: *come closer* Hey are you ok? You are pretty distant today... *touch head* OH MY GOD! *shocked* You are so cold! Are you sick! What happen?! Do you need medicine?! Do we need to go to the hospital?! You are as cold as ice! *panicked*

Lucas: *chuckled* I am ok baby.. It's just that, I have a cold toxins as an "un curable disease" . But don't worry, I have my team to make the antidote for me. I have my suppressing pill with me. It's at my drawer, the red colored container. Also.. can you quickly give me that.. I might pass out... Sorry to trouble you love... *smile weakly*

Lexi: *panicked* It's ok love.. just wait.. *ran upstairs as fast as she can*

Lexi ran in the speed of light while praying that her husband is ok. The problem started with she forgot to ask which drawer it is so she searched the whole drawers she can find. After a while she found it. The second problem comes when there is no pill. Lexi just cry in defeat as she can't save her husband. She cry by herself for a while until going down to meet her husband.

Lucas saw Lexi going down the stairs in despair. He is worried to see his wife's condition. He is worried about her getting worried about him. Lovely isn't it? Lucas put asides his sickness and goes up to comfort Lexi. Lexi notices her husband worried look coming to her, so she quickly wiped her tears and make a fake smile. But she can't fool Lucas. He has seen her, and her fears left water mark down her cheeks. He kissed her and comfort her. He hugs her tightly until she broke down crying while hugging him back.

Lucas was so confused and worried for his wife. Until she stops crying and kiss him. He was shocked at first but kissed her back. She was cry kissing him. After a while thy broke their wet kiss. She was quiet until Lucas open up.

Lucas: why are you crying baby? *caresing her*

Lexi: Baby... Tell me does it hurt? Are you dying?? Also.. I am so sorry honey... there is no more pills left.. What should we do?! shpuld we call your team!! I don't want you to leave me! *cries again*

Lucas: *smile warmly* (so she does care about me.... my cute pretty tigress... aww) Lexi... I am fine... and don't cry anymore okay? *kiss forehead*

In that exact moment, Lucas felt something weird. The toxin... It doesn't hurt anymore! He doesn't feel cold! He didn't feel dizzy! He is not cold! The toxins is surpressed!

Lucas: You are beautiful when smiling so smile more. I am not dying either. *giggles* I think... I know how to surpressed this cold away without pills too! *pats her head*

Lexi: *teary eyed* what is it? I can help! *sniffing hard* Do you need more team? More money? What do you need?! *motivated*

Lucas: *takes her hand and put it to his chest and forehead* See, I am not cold anymore. And for your question, I need you. You are my antidote, my medicine. *smile*

Lexi: *hit his chest* YOU STILL DARE BEING FLIRTY WITH ME MR. MAXWELL?! *squint her teary eyes*

Lucas: *burst to laugh* AHAHAHHAHA Oh my gosh... Ahahah.. Chill wife... *wipe tears* But for real tho *change his emotion real quick* I truly do need you. You ARE my antidote. You are my medicine. You literally just save me. My toxin is surpressed with your kiss. I am not talking about nourishments but... You are special darling. Very special to me. You are my saviour, wife, tigress, queen, medicine, support, my babies mama, and my family's in law. I love you for it.

Lexi: *shocked and confused* what the fuck?? hah? huh? heh? Wait.. for real? *blank* (I am his everything.... *screeching* YESSSSSSSSS) *blushing*

Lucas: *smiling* yes you are baby (so cute.... ) Also, can you do me a favor and come to the lab tomorrow? We need to test you and make an antidote for it, or you prefer kissing me all the time when the toxins is acting up? *smirking and winking*

Lexi: *blushed* sure. Even if wee need a... "great actions" in saving you during those attacks, I don't mind. *winking* Bht you will be very cold... While I like warmth *pouting* The pills is a great choiced then... *teasing*

Lucas: *break* (the audacity..... and I can't even fight her on this one... gosh *cry insides*) Yeah... Let's eat first. I am good now. Sit down then rest later *back to cooking*

Lexi: *about to speak* Bu-

Lucas: No! *still cooking* I am healthy and a fine man. If you want actions now I can do it too if you are interested.
