He looked at her exposed body and felt his throat tighten. Bo Yan tried hard to control the urges deep within in his heart.

"There's only the two of us, is it really necessary to cover your face?" Bo Yan asked as a hint of awkwardness floated in the air.

Hurry up and get out of here." Bo Mian panicked when she peeked through her fingers and noticed that Bo Yan had no intention of leaving.

"Stop talking." Bo Mian covered her burning face.

"So, are you not planning to have dinner with me then?"

"Don't you have to go to work today why did you return so early ?" Bo Mian asked behind the door.

"I'm staying home all Night , so there's no point in hiding."

"Why are you such a crook!" Bo Mian said angrily.

"I'd be a crook if I were to hide a camera in the shower, don't you think?" Bo Yan said slowly.

Bo Mian was left speechless.

"C'mon, let's go eat."

"No."

"Fine, if you are going to keep being stubborn like this, I will call Mom and tell her my wife will no longer be going back to anywhere , and that you plan on hiding in the bedroom forever," Bo Yan said as he pretended to leave.

"Stop! How dare you interfere with my matter " Sure enough, Bo Mian immediately opened the door.

"Good thing you came out. C'mon, let's go eat. I'm starving," said Bo Yan as he began heading down the stairs.

Bo Mian wore a set of beige sportswear, her wet hair sitting loosely on her shoulders.

Her getup made her look much younger, almost like a high school student.

"Mian, I'm hungry said Bo Yan

"What do you want to eat?"

"Anything sounds good." Bo Yan looked into her eyes.

Bo Mian didn't want to make eye contact with Bo Yan . She turned her head around and walked towards the fridge.

She opened the fridge to see it filled with vegetables and fruits. It seemed like he prepared them ahead of time.

Bo Mian took out some egg noodles and a bunch of lettuce. Then she walked to the kitchen.

- Twenty minutes later -

She brought a steaming bowl of egg noodles with lettuce out from the kitchen and set it on the coffee table.

"Eat it while it's hot."

"You're not going to have any?"

"I already ate . I'm not hungry." Then, Bo Mian turned around and went upstairs.

Bo Yan sat on the couch, grabbed the chopsticks, and slowly began eating the noodles.
