Hualing stayed behind at Xiulan's apartment when she rushed back to her restaurant for Quan's reservation. She insisted on slacking off, but Hualing drove her out of her own house. Hualing couldn't bear interrupting her work.

"Don't let Chen Yan come inside of this restaurant!" That was what Quan said as soon as he saw her after seating his team members in a private room.

Yan? "I don't have the right to decline a decent customer." She stated in a matter-of-fact tone, strongly suggesting that Quan couldn't bargain anymore.

"At least, let me know if you happen to see her." 

Without an agreement to his statement, Xiulan asked in a flat tone, not really interested in it. "Do you guys have a story?"

Quan rolled his eyes at her. He didn't bother to reply and portrayed his answer by leaving her behind without even a proper goodbye.
