'Looks like I wasn't wrong…', Shiro said to himself.

When Lisa mentioned about people vanishing, Shiro thought that they were just being kidnapped. Now that he saw human meat, he was sure that they were being killed on the island itself.

He thought that the people who would be kidnapped, would be used as slaves - the world had many slave kingdoms, in fact, it would be quite hard to find a kingdom or nation without any slaves.

Hence, the demand for slaves, although not high, but was still present.

However, after seeing the human meat, he realized that no one was being sold as a slave. After pondering for a bit, he concluded that their organs were being taken and shipped to various places, as without a doubt, that was indeed of high demand!
