Miles waited patiently for the notification of fully absorbing the energy in the crystal but what he saw next shocked him .

Seeing Miles walking ' dejectedly ' they thought he had received a harsh realisation after seeing the tight security of the goblin .

Layla laughed as she saw Miles approaching .
" Well , looks like peasant boy realised how stupid his plan was , you know I really want to beat you silly but that can wait till we get back to the city " , Layla said .

Truth be told Miles used the Void jump to ease the time he spent and didn't use more than 20 minute to take the crystal and come back , which would have taking roughly five minutes to sneak into the city and will take a miracle to sneak into the castle walls , if not for Farhen having a unique type of ability to sneak in so logically for a non trained assassin like Miles it was impossible to even step foot into the castle .
" No am done " , Miles said showing them the Obsidian crystal .
There was complete silence in the air until it was disturbed by Farhen .
" WHAT , how do you manage to do that " , Farhen said grabbing the crystal from Miles hand's .
" I have my ways " , Miles said .
" What do you mean you have your ways ? , I have been trained for 20 years but you an untrained and unskilled and a young adventurer like you manage to achieve what I couldn't " , Farhen asked starting to doubt his whole life .
" Please tell me how you did it " , Farhen said already on his knees hold Miles legs .
" What are you doing get up on your feet , I was just lucky that's all " , Miles said trying to get the Middle aged man to stand up and leave his legs alone .
" Oh please I know what I saw there , there is no way you would have even made it inside due to dumb luck " , Farhen said still on his knees .
" Miles how did you get the Mana crystal and return so fast and even without a scratch on you " , Gilliard asked dumbfounded .
Although Farhen wasn't one of the best assassin in the black sash he was still a very talented individual , he wasn't some average assassin he had completed a lot of missions and had experience , so he found it strange that an eighteen years old boy with no prior training would complete what a pro couldn't and make it so easy it looked like child's play , infact if he didn't know how good Farhen was before coming here he would have thought Farhen was just an amateur at his job , this young adventurer just seem to surprise him time and time again .
" You barely spent more than 20 minutes , if you are not comfortable with sharing your secrets , just tell me who your master is ? , who thought you ? " , Gilliard asked .
" Am sorry to disappoint but I don't have any master am self taught " , Milles replied .
Hearing this Gilliard only had one thought on his mind .

" Big deal if he got the crystal it just means stupid here ( Farhen ) doesn't know how to do his job , it doesn't make any different he is still a stinking peasant " , Layla said .

Miles seeing this couldn't help but shake his head , Layla was truly a spoilt noble to the core , she had grown up with having anything she want and having servant attending to her and didn't know what respect meant .
Miles who was getting angry due to the behavior of Layla felt his anger rise to a new level when he saw the system message in his vision .
