CHAPTER(2)Best day of her life

It was Alicia's graduation day, she was all set to start her career as she planned, starting a job, getting married to the love of her life her longtime boyfriend, Jeffery. Jeffery works in a private firm now. It's been three years since they were in a relationship.

Jeffery was a perfect guy for Alicia, at least that is what Alicia believe. He is very caring affectionate, he never misses any special day like her birthday, their anniversary. He never tried to force Alicia to be intimated; as she wants everything to be done after their wedding. She was a little conservative in such things. Apart from Jeffrey, she only has one person in her life is her brother, Elijah.

Elijah and Alicia are kids from different parents, but their love for each other is no less than the real siblings. He is very possessive of Alicia, she is innocent and she trusts anyone easily that's why Elijah is always worried about her. He never likes Jeffrey, he tried to keep Jeffrey away from Alicia, but she is blindly in love with him that she doesn't trust that Jeffery can do anything wrong to her.

Elijah comes today to attend Alicia's graduation day, being her only guardian, Alicia is very happy and it is visible on her cute little innocent face which is full of smiles. After the graduation day ceremony, Alicia was leaving with Elijah when she got a call from Jeffrey; "hey sweetheart, I am sorry

I was not able to make it to your big day, please forgive me".Alicia wants to be angry with him but her love never allowed her to continue her anger on Jeffrey. She smiled and said; "ok, I forgive you this time Jeff no next time no missing any event of my life".

Jeffrey said," ok sweetheart! to apologized for my mistake I will invite you to the evening to a place for dinner, please.....please don't deny".Alicia wants to deny it because she already planned with her college friends for a party but Jeffrey was pleadings like it was a matter of life and death for him so Alicia agrees.

After Elijah dropped Alicia at the hostel she told her friend and roommate Lara that she won't be able to join them at the party tonight as she is going out with Jeffrey. Lara starts teasing her saying "OMG, Alicia is he going to propose to you to marriage. That's exciting. I am happy for you".Listening to Lara's words, Alicia blush at the thought of marrying Jeffery. They spend the whole day chit-chatting in the room and preparing their dress for the night.

In the evening Lara left early for the party place after that Alicia got ready in her black mermaid dress which shows all her curves perfectly. She was so happy that even with her light makeup she looks breathtaking. After getting ready she book a cab and head to the location shared by Jeffrey.

On the way to the hotel she was thinking about what Lara told her if Jeffrey is going to propose to her for marriage, this day will be the best day of her life, where she will get all the happiness in one day. She was smiling ear to ear with all these thoughts in her mind......
