Arsenal and Abyss Chisel

I sat down on crate catching my head, "What am I going to do. Mom is angry and I can't go home, nor I can escape this place and I will be put straight in spar as I exit this room...", I looked at the barrel and examined weapons inside

"This is best time to do this I guess" As I touched them and thought about arsenal, they disappeared and small screen appeared in front of me.

So holding weapons in arsenal give me status increase, I out of curiosity pressed recycle on dull blade and a new notification appeared

[+ 2 strength] [+ 1 speed]

So recycling weapons gives me different status increases, as for combining is already predictable. I found and took all weapons I had in this room and pressed combine.

[Eternal night (passive ability): Rapidly drain all forms of energy upon cuts, except for user at your will.]

[Star cutter (passive ability): The blade will remember it forever, as long you wish for strength, it will release anytime as you wish as long as there is enough energy. The more energy there is, the sharper and stronger it becomes.]

I read everything and I was in complete shock, "As long as I quickly land more and more hits, I will become stronger in the battle." I extended my hand and tried to summon it but couldn't, "what?"

I tried reading everything again I noticed one thing I missed. As I read the missed part, I smiled.

Opening doors I slowly walked outside towards Ayato.

"dull blade", a normal and nothing special sword appeared to my call and fell right into my right hand.

I didn't intend to bring out my trump card, noone said I had to win with strength or technique, all I have to do is... "Ayato, you said everyone has their own style, right?"

Ayato looked at me while pointing his wooden sword at me, "That's right."

I dropped my smile and bent my knees a bit while holding sword with half extended hand like a scythe and left hand was drawn a bit back.

Ayato asked a question while being ready to attack at any second, "Why did you take such stance?"

I looked at him while crouching and getting ready, "Because..."

*Dong*

As the bell rang, as he blinked, I in his eyes disappeared while holding sword near his neck from behind, "Where are you looking?"

He tried to turn around quickly and make a strike, but I threw with my other hand sand into his eyes blinding him for a while just standing there and looking at referee.

*Dong*

As Ayato cleared sand out of his eyes, he laughed, "Could you imagine, a young master lost to someone who never held a sword ever in his life." he looked at me a bit seriously, "But how can you move so quickly?"

I hit sword down in ground and walked away while holding my hands in pockets, "Family secret~" as I walked away, I left whole Kamisato estate and Ayato in loss of words

I sighed with relief, 'For a second I thought I made him mad.'

Near Kamisato estate is mountain on which was Shrine so I started climbing stairs slowly, "I'm so free today, maybe I should go to Narukami Shrine and test my luck again, I have nothing to do anyways."

After ten minutes I completed climbing stairs and I was greeted by shrine maiden soon after. I greeted her back and went towards Sacred Sakura.

I looked at it while admiring its beauty, "Pretty as always." I kept looking at it until I went to shrine maiden to pull a fortune slip. I opened paper slowly hoping for something good but got my usual, 'Great misfortune...'

I sighed and slowly climbed down the stairs, 'Noone can explain but I always get great misfortune no matter how many times I try, meanwhile my mom gets complete opposite, it's not fair at all...'

While thinking about random things in my life, I started to think about things like transportation method, "Shunpo is great by itself, but I am too lazy and it is too exhausting to use it... but I noticed the bigger mastery is, less exhausted I become."

"But I don't want to use those two skill slots for anything yet, I have a intuition that I should keep them until I will get into the Akdemiya, or times when I will find out what's really necessary to use them for."

"Now that I think about it, I didn't touch space time manipulation at all yet... Well, whatever." I kept looking at my Abyss Chisel in arsenal window while walking down the stairs, "I think I will stick to the swords for now. I mean, all weapons have good compatibility with shunpo, but I just prefer sword, and I don't even have a vision to use catalyst anyways."

While yawning, I arrived down and warmed up a little, "I should daily train shunpo or else I will keep being stagnant."

I ended up warming up and I started running, but soon after each step was so fast and silent and that the movements were invisible to naked eye. Just as if I disappeared completely.

I continued doing that in succession for some time, while tripping and falling few times down on ground once in a while until I arrived till city where I continued walking not to give a lot attention to myself.

After being completely exhausted, I kept walking few minutes as I arrived home and didn't knock but just entered, trying not to disturb all mighty being in it with the power of slipper.

I silently went to my room while escaping all possible scenarios getting beaten.

Throwing clothes aside, I went straight under blanket, "I hope I won't have such crazy days soon, and most important of all, I won't have to train with Ayato at all, and that means... I can sleep more~" and soon after while being happy about not being forced to training, I slowly fell asleep from exhaustion.
