CHAPTER 21 Hunting Competition.

"Dear heavens! This tea is sweet and cold what did you put it here? The color is also different is it milk?" Eliria examined the tea.

"Some says that putting milk in a tea is barbaric but when I tried making it it turns out to be so delicious. I added Ice to it so it will be cold."

In my previous one this is called Milk Tea where everybody enjoyed drinking.

I don't know if this world have any cassava roots to be able to make pearls by their extract.

"Altair helped me with the preparation since I haven't had any servants that can help me."

"Im so jealous! No fair I wanna be the one to serve Yana hmp." I chuckled at Eli's words.

"Come to think of it the Hunting Competition is around the corner and many nobles will participate this year." Altair pointed out.

"That's a given since I will be participating this coming competition. I'll be winning this year to prove that I'm worthy for the Duchy."

"In that case Im rooting for you Yana!" Eli cheered me as always.

"We cannot say if I can won the competition since The Prince and the Young Duke Cassadeus will participate too." I problematically said.

Eliria just pouted. "I heard that the Prince and the Duke didn't participate last year but they suddenly wants to participate in the competition this year.

Prince Ivor and Sir Kylus those bastards gonna screw me up, I can smell it a mile away from here.

"In that case Princess, we have to be extra prepared for this year."

I agreed with Altair's words.

I remember something where Prince Kylus would be the one to emerge as a champion and he offers his hunt to Eliria making the Villainess more jealous on her.

"Say, Eli did anyone asked you out to be their maiden in the Hunting Competition?"

The Prince and Sir Kylus would be the one to asked her to be their maiden if I remember correctly.

Maiden is a term for the lady that the champion picked himself and will offer his hunt to the most beautiful lady he have ever seen.

Eli blushed and hide he face in her hands. Aww she's so cute!

"Uhm, Since the ball I received invitation letters and some proposals." I starred at her making her embarrassed even more.

"Ugh Yana don't stare at me like that okay?"

"Im joking, Since you're so beautiful last ball no wonder many were captured hahaha! So did you received it from whom?"

Eliria buried her face in her hands even more. Blushing really hard.

I'm gonna ask if one of the two manage to open her heart.

"I... I throw all of the letters and proposals..." I chocked in my own, the pastry I had didn't reach my stomach and I sipped the tea to down it up.

" I see... ehem. Why did you do that though?"

Eli bit her lips and stared down. "I.. I was hoping if I can be your maiden for the hunting Festival."

I felt a stone fell off the sky. "What Me and You?"

"Y-yes is it.. too much to ask?"

"Your so cute that I can't help but to adore you more." I stand on my seat and go to her side and curtsied. "Would you mind if you'll be my maiden for the Hunting Competition this year Lady Eliria?"

Before I can think about it the words came from Sir Kylus were uttered by me.

None of it would matter anyway. First come first serve Sir Kylus.

As long as I can avoid being killed that's okay.

"Yes I will Princess."

We three laugh at each other's words. "That's settled then."

I feel that some scenes in the book managed to escape my mind but as long as Eli's happy there's no deathflag to wave.

Meanwhile in a Marquisette Estate. The lady who become a laughing stock of high nobility because she had been beaten by the Duke's Daughter Lady Yurianna for becoming the next Crown Princess of the Kingdom again.

"It's always her! Why won't everyone looked at me!"

Lady Anne Zean Leichen a Marquis eldest daughter the society hailed her as the most charming one in the society. She's in the Aristocratic Faction and Lady Yurianna is in the Nobilities faction.

They were the complete opposite and she wants to beat that lady ever since they were little.

Lady Anne would being teachers and professors to taught her how to become a 'perfect and charming lady' to be able to capture the heart of the Crown Prince Ivor.

The door opened and signaled everyone to leave.

"Sister what is going on again this time?"

Her brother Achlys Leichen asked her.

"Brother! That bitch is at it again! Stealing what's mine!"

Achlys can't help but to sigh. Everyone deemed her to be charming and good but they didn't know that his sister where this kind of person indoors. Their father prevented the servant to spread everything that happens indoors and when they do.

They end up reported as lost or runaways.

Her sisters face lit up and no longer in a state of frantic. "Does the prince decided to get engaged with me instead?"

"No, The hunting competition is around the corner so the palace is preparing for it as well and The King said that you'll be accompanying His Highness the Crown prince to the hunt as his Maiden."

He hoped that his sister would stop throwing things and messing things in the Marquisette it's troublesome if rumours were to spread.

Cause he will dirtied his hands again for the sake of his Sister.

"Let's prepare as well brother!" His sister have the same sinister smile on her face.

"So what would you do to the lady this time? Spread rumors that she's a Villainess or something?"

"No, this time I'll completely silence her in that way she can no longer be a hindrance to my love for the Prince."
