Escape plan

With newfound determination, we assembled a group of children and assigned them the task of scouting for potential escape routes. After much searching, we stumbled upon a hidden underground passage in one of the town's alleys, seemingly constructed for rainwater drainage. Our hearts raced with excitement as we realized we had found a way out.

Eagerly, we spread the word among the other children, urging them to inform anyone wishing to flee. However, when we approached Hani with our discovery, he gently rejected our offer. With a paternal pat on our heads, he explained that he couldn't abandon what he had built. Instead, he encouraged us to escape and seek refuge in the south, in the emerging empire of Oumaya.

Although reluctant to leave Hani behind, we understood his decision and felt a mix of sadness and determination as we prepared to embark on our journey. With his words echoing in our minds, we set our sights on the distant horizon, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead as we made our way toward the lands of Oumaya.

With heavy hearts, we joined the throng of people making their escape from the turmoil engulfing the town. As we emerged from the underground passage, I couldn't help but steal a final glance at the town we were leaving behind. It felt like bidding farewell to a part of ourselves, knowing that we were now departing our homeland, perhaps forever.
