Amy just help me stand up for the first time after my back injury and I will not lie and say that it was not painful. It was extremely painful but I need to stand by five o'clock today. I need to show my men that we are ready to attack the ship and that I am not a weakling with the injury.

I know that Amy said that I only can stand for half an hour before there can be repercussions. Now she is asking me if I am ready for the pain. I am more than ready for it if that means that my men see me up and about.
