5 That guy in our team is not bad

My parents were very supportive to me during breakfast. They gave me a lot of encouragement that no matter what the result of the test. They love me and they always have my back no matter what path I take. I couldn't stop my tears from flowing even though I tried. Then they hug me again. " Thanks Mom, Dad. I love you both! and I am proud to be your son." I said while hugging them back.

While I was preparing my ninja tools Dad kept on checking if I have forgotten something, Mom gave a bento for lunch. and with all that stacked on my back pack I went onwards to training ground 6.

Hana and Iori were already but I dont see captain udon. Then time to strike the iron while it's hot. " Hana, Iori. We are probably going to be fighting captain udon together so she can test our teamwork. So I suggest we discuss what we can do and what we specialise in so we can work together better. Do you agree?"

"Hmmmn" they both nodded

"Then I go first, I can cast fire style justsus and I have mastered the basic taijutsu style most common Jonin uses." I first volunteered to say

"I can cast 3 times wind ninjutsu, and i have mastery of shuriken justu." Iori chimed in

"and as for me, I specialise in genjutsu. I have basic taijutsu skills. And I still dont know my nature transformation." says Hana

"Alright then later what if we do this....." it took us a few minutes to discuss our plan and what to do should a situation arise. Then captain udon came.

"you guys are early, it's nice to be diligent. So shall we get this test started? " captain udon then showed us 2 bells and said that only 2 of us will graduate and one will go back to the academy. We have until noon and that we must have a motive to kill if we want to be successful. "Ready? then, start!"

"Get back!" I shouted and began weaving signs

"fire style: fireball jutsu! " a big ball of flame came out of my mouth and I continued breathing out to continue supplying fire on it to make it bigger and more powerful.

"Water style: Raging waves! " this time it was captain udon who breathed out instead of fire came a wave of water ready to put out my jutsu but since I didn't cut off the chakra supplied to the fireball, it instead evaporated the water creating mist around the training ground. That was our cue to retreat and regroup. we went deeper into the forest out of sight from the training ground. When the mist cleared captain udon was alone in the training ground. ' that guy on our team is not bad, he has enough chakra to create such a ninjutsu and I can feel that he still has more to give. Now how about the other 2 girls. Hmmmmn I might actually enjoy this.' captain was grinning while still on her stance as I watched her from a bush. our next cue for an attack would depend if she is a sensor which I have a feeling that she is. Then she looked at the place where Iori is hiding and was about to approach it, how do I know that? well it's part of our plan on which direction we are going to hide to know if our captain is a sensor. We asked Iori to mold her chakra so it can be detected by a sensor since she is the only one who can't mask her chakra signature. And now that we know that, that concludes our next pan of attack. Taijutsu! I slowly showed myself from the bush and so did the other two. Captain's eyebrows twitched. "Hmmmmn all that hiding but you decided to show yourself willingly after just a few seconds? what changed your mind? " she asked

"well it's not like we can hide from a Jonin especially if your a sensor. we're still genin and don't have that much experience yet on stealth area." Hana explained

'you brought the word out of my mouth Hana' well said.

I looked at her and Iori, then we nodded and readied ourselves.

Hana and I throw a kunai each at our captain and rushed forward to engage in taijutsu. captain udon was surprised to know that we were able to overwhelm her with taijutsu. If you have to ask me I say she is just a little better than my dad. but it's not like I didn't surpass my dad when I reach his level. Well, I have trashed my dad this past 3 years before graduation and left him in the dust. Captain udon finally can't keep up with us and started making some distance then weaved some signs. "water style: water bullet jutsu" she spewed some kind of water cannon but there are multiple of 'em which would make it hard to dodge. By the time she started weaving signs from a distance Iori was already some distance away at her back ready to execute our plan. I weaved signs fast as I could to catch some of the water bullets so we can dodge 'em all. "fire style: flame bird jutsu" I spewed some small flames which resembles flying birds that engaged some of the water bullets so we can dodge. by the time the jutsu collided Iori thrown some shuriken at sensei which she easily dodged, little did she know that there were strings on them. then the shuriken turned and wrapped around her body. She used Body replacement before we can retrieve the bell but we have anticipated this too. Now we go to our last and final plan. Once sensei showed up at our back I was already done with my sign for fireball. Don't enemy normally show up after body replacement? so I started weaving slowly then once I felt her I finished the sign faster. "Fire style: Great Fireball Justu!" this time the size of the fire ball was bigger than usual that actually took quite a lot from my chakra reserves which is just fine since I can still use one last justu. I disappeared from my place and engaged her in taijutsu. ' what the, this guys is going even faster than before, and the other girl is running here to assist him. tsk I need to make some distance' I didn't give captain udon a room to even create some distance since I know Hana will come. I know I have surpassed my father but I want more. I went even faster than before captain Hana can barely dodge my fists and she got some bruises and scratch from our fight. Just when I was about to punch her on the face using my whole body on that fist, she leaned backwards to dodge me but that's not my intention. It's actually to hug her since Hana is just behind her ready to cast Genjutsu. 'Sorry about this sensei but I'm not a pervert' I thought inside my head as I locked her down using my own body enough for her to look at Hana. Hana casted her Genjutsu. Captain was immobilised for a moment but I took that moment to get the bells from her. Then she broke illusion in just a second. She headbutted me and kicked Hana. which we were tired to dodge. Captain flickered back and casted a ninjutsu. I almost didn't see her weave some sign. 'that was fast' Iori catched Hana. and I went to them ready to use my remaining chakra. "water style: water dragon jutsu.!" 'shit I got annoyed at them and failed to control myself' captain seemed surprised to me after she casted her jutsu but the jutsu is still coming to us. It's not something my fire style can cancel. "Iori.! I need you.! fire style: Great fireball jutsu!" I shouted at Iori hinting her what to do before casting a jutsu with my remaining chakra. then as if on cue Iori answered me. "Yes kuro-san, wind style: Great blasting breakthrough! (Daientoppa)" her wind empowered my fire style enough to counter sensei's water dragon. In fact I think it's even more powerful than that If I have more chakra. The jutsus cancelled each other and sensei looked at us with a big smile. 'well well well, what a great team to have. Their teamwork is definitely impressive.' sensei seem happy about something

"Congratulations! you all passed. Even though you didn't get the bell from me, the test was to see if you are going to have a teamwork anyway. the moment you started working together to fight me was the moment you passed." she blurted out.

"ahemm uhmm sensei?? " Iori said then our captain looked at Iori. only to see her pointing her fingers at me. then when sensei looked at me she had the most surprising look she had ever expressed to us since our first meeting. I was holding the bells and waving it while laughing at her antics.
