10 Chapter 10

"Tyler, I'll be back later. Don't get quarrel with Spongebob and Dreyfus!" said Alexandra as she put on her black cap.

"What? We're not some kind of kids..." Tyler pouted as he ON the TV.

"You sure you won't come with me? Angel and David are performing!" Alex said excitedly.

"Why would I go there? I'm not one of their fans." Tsk. I'm just skilled as them, surfers and non-surfers like me as well. They always praise me because of how good I was. Why is she so crazy about them? Hold on, is it because of David?! Is it because he's handsome that's why she's crazy about him?! What, don't tell me she has a crush on him?! Tyler thought and suddenly got furious. I'm more handsome than him!

Alexandra made a confused look as she notice Tyler's expression. What's wrong with him all of a sudden? "Then, I'll go now. Don't forget to wake them up for breakfast."

"Fine. Fine. Be careful on your way." Tyler pouted but his face suddenly turn brightly when the Spongebob Squarepants TV series is starting.

Alexandra stepped outside, she gets inside her sportscar and drove to the surfing beach. As she gets there, she parked her vehicle in the parking space. She notices that there are already a lot of people in there, surfers and non-surfers. Some of them just went there to see people surfing. Others just want to see David and Angel, others just went there to surf.

Alex walks to the shore and notices that it's already time for the performance. There are already drones to film their surfing, but she hasn't seen David and Angel yet. She saw the students of Ms. Lin feeling down, while Miya is trying to cheer them up. Alex approach them and asked Miya what happened. "What's wrong?"

"Oh, Alex!" Miya greeted. " Sigh, as you can see, the kids are looking forward to seeing them but David and Angel are still not here yet."

Alex tried to find them from the crowd, hoping they have arrived but sadly they still haven't. Alex notices Ms. Lin dialing on his cellphone trying to call someone.

"Ms. Lin, what's wrong?" Alex asked as she approach Ms. Lin.

Ms. Lin is 28 years old, and a coach of a surfing team for children. "Ah, Alex, you are here. Sigh, the kids will be so sad if David and Angel wouldn't come..." she said feeling depressed.

"They didn't say that they wouldn't come right? Maybe they are just going to be late."

"I'm actually worried about them, last time, they are in a hurry to leave, they said something just came up in their home..."

Alex was about to speak but stop when she noticed two familiar figures running toward them. Hm? Isn't that David and Angel?! "Ms. Lin! Ms. Lin! I think that's David and Angel!!" said Alexandra excitedly.

Ms. Lin turn her head and when she saw they are approaching them, she sighed in relief. "I thought you wouldn't come." Ms. Lin said as they arrived.

"We are sorry for being late, Ms. Lin. We encountered a certain problem on the way here," said Angel. A yellow straight hair until the shoulders, and a pair of yellow eyes. When she notice Alexandra, she smiled at her. Alex got stunned to see Angel just smile at her. Wow, how beautiful, she thought. But she was even more astonished when David smiled at her as well. Wh-what...o-oh my gosh!! Coming here is worth it!! She thought excitedly but her face suddenly turn red because of embarrassment when David speak. "Did you find Spongebob?" he chuckles.

David has a color ash gray hair, the same color as his eyes, a pointed nose, and naturally colored lips. The people who saw him laugh for the first time got amazed, he looks dazzling.

Even Angel got surprised when he laughs all of a sudden, he never shows this side of him in front of many people.

"Y-yes, I found him but Spo-Spongebob is the name of my friend, he's not the sponge from the cartoon..." Alex replied avoiding eye contact with him.

"Good for you then." he chuckles again. Alex notice that he doesn't believe what she just told him and pouted.

Suddenly, David coughs, and he quickly covered his mouth. Angel got shocked when she saw small blood coming from his mouth. "There's blood, are you sure you can continue surfing?" Angel asked through telepathy. David quickly uses a spell on him to not let the blood be visible to the eyes of the people, as well as his other wounds on his body. "I'm fine. I didn't expect those sea monsters are strong as our warriors."

David and Angel encountered one sea monster on their way and David barely defeated it. That sea monster is hard to deal with since it's strong and big. After he defeated it, David got a lot of wounds from the monster, Angel tried to heal some of them but there are some deep wounds that she can't heal. Since they promise the kids that they are going to perform for them, David decided not to break their promise.

"Are you two ready?" Ms. Lin suddenly asked and the two of them got startled.

"Yes. Let's go," said David. Angel looks at him with a worried face, and the three of them decided to see the kids first.

"Alex, let's go." Ms. Lin said when she notice Alexandra just standing still looking like she was in deep thought. Alexandra got startled. "Ha? Ah, you can go first with them, Ms. Lin."

"...okay."

Children aged 11 to 15 all smiled brightly upon seeing David and Angel heading towards them. They greeted them first and started getting ready.

At the same time. "David has a lot of wounds..." Alexandra mutters unknowingly as she stares the body of David.

-Alex's House-

Tyler went upstairs and knock on his room. He knocks again but no one answered. Don't tell me they are still sleeping. He thought and slowly open the door. He got shocked when he saw no one in his room.

"What? Where the hell are they?!" I haven't noticed that they get out of the room. I was just in the living room watching Spongebob, and didn't notice them going outside. Did they leave so early in the morning while we are still sleeping?! How f****ng rude! They haven't said thank you to Alex and me! Although it's a good thing that they already left, Tyler thought and walk downstairs. "Ah, should I call Alex that they are gone?" he mumbled. Nah, let me just tell her when she came back, Tyler thought and watch Spongebob again.
