Chapter 30 - Strange Feeling

Leo looked at the system notifications and removed them from his sight immediately.

Why did he not look at them?

He was floating in the middle of space… f*cking space in which he was not even supposed to be able to breathe, yet he was floating with no worries.

On the other hand, his mothers-in-law immediately came to their senses and covered him in the same protective barriers.

One thing was clear to the empresses, Leo had a natural talent for space, which made the space empress smile with pride.

They soon resumed their journey when Leo came back to his 'Original self' after the cultivation breakthrough. 

"Son-in-law, do you mind explaining to us what happened to you there?" The dragon empress spoke with a natural smile on her.

Leo was covered in the same protective layers and now floating besides his mothers-in-law. 

"I felt that… I would regret if I didn't begin absorbing the 'energy' around me. Before I could think of anything, my body… went out of control." Leo spoke with his usual polite tone.

Hearing his reply, no one asked any further questions.

Why?

Well… they also didn't have any answers.

*Silence*

"Oh right! Do you know what cultivation stage you're at?" The dragon empress changed the topic of conversation to avoid the awkward silence.

"Yes, its Foundation Establishment 1st stage." Leo spoke with confidence.

"Good, and do you know the other major realms above the foundation establishment?"

"I know that after Foundation Establishment there are two more realms, Core Formation and Nascent Soul." 

The dragon empress began explaining cultivation stages to Leo even though he didn't ask for it.

In the Foundation Establishment, the cultivators have to temper their bodies, expand their meridians, integrate their essence and consolidate their foundation every minor stages. There were 9 stages.

After reaching the peak of Foundation Establishment 9th stage, the cultivator would awaken their inner core through a thunder tribulation and ascending to the Core Formation Stage. 

In the Core Formation, The cultivators need to refine, expand, and ascend their inner cores every minor stages. In rare cases of talent, the cultivators are also able to resonate with their natural talent element or any other external energy, and after resonating they are able to fuse them into their cores increasing their spiritual energy accumulation and guaranteeing a better future if they are able to survive horrific tribulations with every minor stages. It also consists of 9 stages.

Cultivators reach forward to the Nascent Soul stage when they reach the peak, the core formation. They go through a thunder tribulation that strengthens their soul. They have to go through many substages before ascending to nascent soul. These are:

Soul Foundation Establishment, Soul Perception, Soul Fusion, Soul Embryo Formation, Soul Awakening, Soul Refinement, Soul Resonance, Soul Ascension

"I will explain the later stages when you reach Nascent Soul's peak." The Dragon Empress spoke to Leo as she had great expectations from him.

Leo had not expected the cultivation stages to be so complicated.

While he was going through the knowledge that he already knew due to the system giving him it earlier, he understood one thing. The system would not explain him things such as talents that his mother-in-law had told him.

The speed at which they were travelling had increased significantly since Leo was no longer affected due to his space talent. They had not increased their speed, as they were worried about Leo being shredded into pieces from the frequent space distortions.

Having a talent regarding space was a good thing, but his body was not that strong.

They all were silent for a whole honor when the space empress spoke with delight. 

"Looks like our little chickens are awake."

Before Leo could ask anything, the space empress waived her hand and a small colorful orb with ever-changing colors dancing on it appeared.

She created a huge protective dome around them.

With the appearance of this very dome, Leo understood that his wives were awake from them 'meditation' state finally.

Waiting for his guess to be correct, the figures of his wives emerged from the orb, which were immediately covered by the same protective layers that he had.

As soon as they came out of the orb, Leo felt extremely happy, as he could for some reason completely feel that they were in their best condition. 

There was also this sudden feeling where he thought of *Ahem* do the deed which made him remember that night. He suppressed his primal desires and gave them a heartwarming smile.

Their faces were all tomato red, and there was also smoke above their heads.

Leo was not the only one who had to suppress his primal desires, as his wives holding it as well.

They wanted to drink his blood, every single one of them… no longer had the desire to share him. 

They wanted him solely for them. 

How?

There was a competitive spirit and… obsession in their eyes.
