5 Waking up a Storm (part-3)

*Around The World*

When Alex was waking up, due to his blessing the nature itself was changing as to welcome him but Gaia knew an un-natural storm created just over Westchester may cause some... paranoid humans to visit, so she created multiple storm and seismic activity all around the world. And these un-natural, no, she is mother nature herself so it's not-so un-natural, anyway these changes were indeed noticed by multiple people.

*SHIELD Headquarters, Washington*

The agents could be seen running around frequently trying to make heads and tails of the data of seismic and geothermal activity they recorded. Nick Fury did not like NOT knowing anything one bit. His intuition was telling him this is something outside his reach but being the man he is, he still had his agents trying to figure out what caused these sudden storms. Little did he know the cause of this storm is going to be a pain for him a very long time.

*X-mansion*

Charles was having a nice day with at least no mansion blowing up in his face. The school for mutants was going well too. Suddenly the whether over Westchester started changing rapidly. Many of the mutants in the school thought Storm was mad again, but found out her looking at the sky confused as well. Suddenly Charles felt a strong forces emerging all around the globe but he couldn't pinpoint it. In the past there were many people that could avoid his Cerebro but he was still able to get a rough location of his target. But this time he could feel the power distributed all over the world, and it disappeared as soon as it came. He had no idea what happened, so he decided to wait and observe if this was another omega level mutant or something else entirely.

*Unknown location*

A young woman can be seen drinking tea calmly but in her eyes you could see she was someone with vast knowledge. The energy disruption caused by the storms bought a smile to her face.

"So the kid finally woke up huh. But many other magic users could also understand what is happening. Let me see how you change the future Alexander Knight."

*Knight mansion , Westchester*

" … but Alfred I have been sleeping for nearly 2 years, let me get up."

"No master Alex, your body is still weak. You will rest for the day till you are healthy enough to walk."

This same conversation has been going on the last 15 minutes in the Knight mansion since Alex woke up.

"He's right kiddo you need to rest. Don't worry I will build an electric wheelchair for you to go around on." Tony said.

"Is this a' I will give you a candy if you keep quiet scenario' cause it feels like it." Alex replied with a deadpan face.

This left Tony speechless. He was having an inner monologue about how he got found out by a seven year old, when it used to work every time in the past.

After a bunch of tests it was concluded he was healthy as he can be, just needed time and nutrition for rehabilitation. After that when only Alfred, Tony and Pepper were present.

"Alfred what happened that day?"

This question ceased the cheerful situation in the room. Alfred was going to explain later but his young masters firm blue eyes, he relented and told him what happened since then. Alex had a lot of complex emotions right now. He didn't himself notice he was crying.

Alfred was really worried about him. Not only for his well being but also for his emotional state. He was an experienced man. He could feel his young masters mature gaze when he was looking at him. Him waking up after the trauma matured him too quickly. He did not know whether this was good or bad.

After a while Alex finally sighed and said".... Where are the graves?"

"They are in the backyard master Alex"

After a few seconds of silence, Alex spoke again " Alfred, Tony … thanks for taking care of me all this time." and he finally smiled.

The smile erased the tense feeling in the room and a smile etched on all 3 of there faces.

"It was no problem young master, it is what I should do."

"Yea kid that's what a family is for." replied Tony and Alfred affectionately.

Alex smiled honestly and then his smile turned mischievous and said" Soo my big brother, are you going to introduce your beautiful girlfriend?"

This left both Tony and Pepper blushing.

Tony hurriedly replied, "Alex this is Pepper Pots. She is my assistant."

"Nice to meet you Alex", she replied still blushing.

Alex's smile grew even more sending warnings to both of them" So you don't deny it huh? Nice to meet you to miss Potts, thanks for taking care of him"

This turned both of there faces red in embarrassment with Alfred and Alex giggling.

"Youuu..*sigh*, still the troublemaker I remember, forget about it, I came here with your birthday gift ."

"I'm not forgetting this anytime soon, but thanks for the gift anyway. I don't think I can get a cake right now can I?"

"No young master, you are on liquid food till you get healthy. We can cerebrate your awakening after that though."

"*sigh*No problem. Just have to get fit in time."

After talking for an hour the Doctor advised Alex to rest more, to heal his mental state faster. After saying byes, Alex finally drifted to sleep.

*Next Day*

Alex woke up feeling energized by the morning rays of sun. Maybe it was because of his connection to nature he found sunlight peaceful he thought.

'Good Morning Alex'

"Morning Oracle, haven't talked to you since yesterday. What happened?"

'Your body and mind were still adjusting to your energy and memories so I let you sleep. By the way, there is a message from mother.'

"From Gaia? Please open it." Alex asked surprised.

'Dear Alex

Since you have woke up I wanted to give you another gift. This ring is connected to my domain which channels energy directly from Yggdrasil much like Asgard. This should increase you progress in siphoning my energy quite a bit. Your training will start when you are 10 still then try to enjoy your life.

From Gaia'

After reading it I suddenly felt an energy reaction in my left hand and saw a platinum ring on my ring finger which I could will to disappear. I was beginning to marvel it when I suddenly saw a watch on my left hand as well, which looked like Omnitrix from omniverse but with a blue tint instead of green. I could turn it visible and invisible at will as well, but the best part. It has a digital clock built in too. I can see time with it.

'Thanks for your praise. It also contains a supercomputer linked to the base in null void as well, so enjoy it.'

I was really exited so decided seeing my status when I saw one for all missing so I asked Oracle and she replied.

'Your body cannot even handle the normal one for all barely much less the advanced one, plus it takes time to enhance it so you should focus on other powers and your body till then.'

After that I started sensing the Elements around me and noticed my connection to them but it was still weak so I had to work on that.

Gamer's mind apparently added occlumency as a part to it taking it to 80%. The rest is probably updated by increasing my mental fortitude as Oracle told me.

The connection to the twilight realm was a bit hard to establish as well. Apparently I have to improve my fitness first before channeling any energies.

The power of will, well, depended on my will power as well as my energy reserves provided by my elemental body as well. It will take time to learn. The same goes with chakra and the shadow clone technique.

I have to study a lot to increase my % on Batman's memory as well. Guy is a genius through and through. I already have an idea about my situation and how to become completely healthy and reach the peak level of this body as well. At the same time arranging a time table for my studies and interaction with others. I should increase the last part more since I don't want to be overly serious like him. But first I have to learn how to walk...
