Solence - Deafening

"I've tried to call Lia, my mom, and my dad but nothing. It goes straight to voicemail mail and they always answer when they have the time which is all the time." He says with worry in his voice.

The worry in his eyes was already telling enough.

"We will find them." I say sternly before my phone starts to ring.

I get it out and looks to see it's Kalina. I answer putting it on speaker

"You should have had people protecting his family." She says before laughing psychotically.

"Why did you go after them? You know you've earned a much larger death sentence and not by mine and the rest of my packs hand but by the hand of Hoseok's father."

"Oh Jungkookie, you obviously don't know me. I'm not going to let you get me. I am ahead of you. Oh! I meant to ask. Did your little bitch die?"

"Yes, Tae died and now your crazy ass is going to also. Now let Tae's family go. They did nothing to you."

"Good the bitch is dead. I have no use for his family no more. I'll let them go under one condition. Send me proof he's dead." She says making me smirk.

While Tae was sick and pale with a slow beating heart I took a pick of him and made a video of him while I was crying. In the video you can't tell he's breathing. That's how shallow his breaths are.

I send her the picture and the video.

"You send me proof they are leaving and you staying the fuck where you are!"

"Alright, alright. No need to put your hair in a tizzy. They are leaving now." She says before sending me a picture and a video of them leaving.

Hoseok gains my attention by snapping his fingers.

I look up to see him mouthe "They found her location along with Taehyung's family." I nod at him

"Is his family safe?" I mouthe back which he also nods to.

"Stray Kids were following her so. They are with his family now." He mouthes again.

"Don't you dare follow them." I say in the phone.

"Oh don't worry I'm not." She says.

I look over at Hoseok for confirmation. He nods telling me that she's telling the truth.

"I want you to do something. I obviously want to be something, someone important and powerful but I know that that's not going to happen so I ask you not to follow me. I have no reason to believe you have lied to me because you of all people have never lied to me but I have to you multiple times."

"Alright I won't follow but I can't say the same for the kings men. Have you thought that we wouldn't talk to Hoseok's father who is my uncle mind you." I say making her scream in frustration before hanging up.

I put my phone back up before looking to Hoseok once again.

"She is surrounded by my fathers men. All we have to do is get there." He says, I nod once in acknowledgment.

"Alright come on everyone. Jin, Tae the both of you stay back. Hide, hide your scent. I don't want her knowing either of you are there."

"Ok, we will. Be careful all of you." Tae says

"We'll be careful baby tiger." I say before kissing him on the cheek.

I smirk in my head.

Who's ahead of who now bitch? You aren't going to get away with anything.

"Kookie, I have something to tell you." Tae says making making put my attention to him.

"What is it?" I ask.

"Before you and the others rescued me Kalimantan told me some things."

"What did she tell you?"

"She found her mate but she doesn't have a mate anymore. She killed him. She said he wasn't rich, royalty, and didn't have power. She said the only things going for him was that he had looks and was a Lycan but all in all she said that he was a nobody. He couldn't give her what she wanted so she got rid of him." He says making me go wide eyed.

"I knew she was lying about not finding her mate. Her demeanor would change when the topic would come up. I would always wonder why she was lying about it and now I know why." I say making Tae's eyes go wide.

"What? I knew something was off I just didn't know what?" I says making him chuckle.

"I know Kookie. I just wish you followed your intuition on the situation."

"I wish I did to and this wouldn't be happening. She'd be dealt with by now."

"Don't beat yourself up about but we need to get going. We don't want her getting away we can't risk that." He says making me nod.

"You're right. Alright everyone let's go. Hoseok is TXT with Stray Kids as well?" As we all get up and heads out the door locking it on our way out.

"They got there a few minutes ago."

"Not only Tae and Jin all of you mask your scents. Tell Stray Kids and TXT to. Hoseok what group or groups is your father sending out?"

"He sent out Enhypen which is a new group along with SEVENTEEN."

"Alright make sure they know to mask their scents." I say before we all get into  two separate vehicles.

Taehyung, Namjoon, Jin, and I follow Hoseok, Yoongi, and Jimin.

We follow them to a building. We all get out masking our scents before we get out of the vehicle.

We meet up with the leaders of TXT, Stray Kids, SEVENTEEN, and Enhypen.

"We're going to take her off guard but she is expecting us. She will be prepared for it. Jin and Tae are going to stay back until we all get the situation under control. We have to apprehend her." I say making everyone nod in agreement.

"Each of our groups are going to be entering the building in different locations. My group is going to take the main entrance. SEVENTEEN and Enhypen take the east entrance where as TXT sake the west entrance leaving the south entrance for Stray Kids. Be ready and alter for anything. When we get to where we need to be protect Jin and and Taehyung they are still a little weak. All in all keep each other safe. Alright let's go and don't forget mask your scents I don't want our cover blown." I say as everyone one does as I say.

Everyone makes their way to the entrances they were told to go as we all head inside.

We carefully make our way up to the floor Kalina is on making sure not to make any noise to announce our presence to her which wouldn't be good.

A couple minutes later we get to our destination getting rid of anyone in our way but we don't full on barge in I go first.

"Jungkook nice to see you here." She says in an annoyed tone.

"For a person who has just lost his mate you are very calm which is to say least frightening."

"Oh come now Kalina surely my demeanor doesn't frighten you that much after all you did kill my mate. I'm not going to do anything but make you suffer with my calmness. I don't think my brutality would help in this situation." I say before chuckling without any humor.

As I do this I see Kalina shiver and her eyes go wide in fear.

"Don't fear me to much I have yet to get started and you're trapped here. You picked the only room in this building without windows. Why is that?"

"I'm not entirely sure myself. It was a split second decision." As she says this I watch her eyes.

The lie flashes in her eyes making he growl threateningly.

"STOP WITH YOUR FUCKING LIES." I roar.

"I... I... I... I'm not." She stutters out.

"Stop lying to me! I know when you are lying. Your eyes tell me you are. So fucking stop." I say glaring at her.

"Ok fine you want the truth ? You already know it. I'm in love with you but I want money and power more. I want a throne as well."

"As you said I already knew that but that's not the damn reason why you picked this specific room."

"I guess you're right it's not."

"There is no I guess to it. I know I'm fucking right. Now get the fuck on with it."

"Alright, alright I'll tell you. I picked this room because there is no escape for either of us. The walls and ceiling is lined with explosives and I just have to say a specific word and it will detonate." She says with a smirk.

"You've already said the word and the detonation time is longer than most would set it."

"And how would you know?"

"It would have gone off by now."

"How do you know the countdown hasn't started?"

"I don't but I also know you. You are precise about how you want things and you want to say a specific word to have it start the countdown and from your demeanor you haven't said that word. You yourself would most likely want to rush and get out of the building. Seeing as you haven't done that I'm going to assume you haven't said said word and continue what we are doing which is standing here talking and waist of time."

"We aren't exactly wasting time."

"We are."

"We aren't."

"Would you two just shut the fuck up? And yes you are."Someone says making the two of us look in the direction of the door to find Taehyung standing there with a gun.

Not just any gun it's a Lycan tranquilizer. He points it at Kalina and shoots it while she's still in shock.

Before she can register anything she falls to the ground. He then walks the rest of the way in the room as he pulls out restraints made for a Lycan and binds her with them before putting a gag in her mouth so that she doesn't bite anyone. He also takes the liberty of pulling her metal nails off. I wince knowing that they are burning him as he does this but he still does it anyways.

"It's done. Someone come in here and get her. Jungkook was just the distraction to get certain things to put the bitch down. I'm not touching her anymore than I already had to. The rest is up to Hoseok's father." Tae says as everyone else comes in to the room.

As he spoke I stare at him with love filled eyes. When he finally looks at me his face turns red.

"Don't look at me like that."

"Why? Can I not look at you out of love?"

"You can but not intently?"

"Why not? It's not like I'm making love to you in front of the others." I say making him blush even more.

"JUNGKOOK! Sh... shut up." He says before hiding his face in his hands making me chuckle at him.

"I'll stop baby we have to go to Seoul. You get to see where Hoseok hyung grew up." I say as a a member of Enhypen picks Kalina up.

All of us walk down all the stairs and out the door before heading to our rightful vehicles. SEVENTEEN and Enhypen are immediately heading to Seoul. Stray kids and TXT are going back home. The rest of us are going back to the house to get packed to go to Seoul.

On our way back to the house Tae falls to sleep. When we are back at the house I don't bother to wake him up. I don't turn the car off and gets out closing the door as quietly I can. I go inside and goes to mine and his room grabs two suitcases and gets everything that we need and puts it in them before making sure that we have everything along with making sure that everything is off in the bathroom, closet, and the bedroom itself. Walking out of the bedroom with both suitcases I close the door behind me and heads back out to the car. Namjoon, Yoongi, and Hoseok are the only ones that had come inside as well.

"Jimin and Jin fall asleep?" I ask as I put the two suitcases in the trunk of my car.

"Yup, I'm guessing Tae did as well." Namjoon says making me laugh.

"Yeah."

"Hoseok is the plane ready."

"Yeah, we just need to hurry."

"Alright, let's go." I says as we all get in the vehicles and head to the airport.

Once at the airport we don't get checked since it's private. So when we get to the airport, we park. Namjoon, Yoongi, Hoseok, and I get our things out and hands them to the luggage handler minus the things we will need before getting our sleeping mates out and onto the plane after making sure our vehicles are locked.

We put the three in their own seats and buckles them up for take off. The four of us sit in our seats and buckles up as well.

The door hatch is closed and we wait for the pilot to announce that we are about to take off. We don't have to wait long.

"This is your pilot speaking make sure everyone is buckled and cellphones are off until we get into flight. I hope you all enjoy your flight."

I quickly turn off mine and Tae's phones. I look over at Namjoon, Yoongi, and Hoseok doing the same thing. I make sure Taehyung is comfortable before I get comfortable myself. I fall asleep as soon as we take off heading to Seoul.
