Chapter 438

"I'm not a football for you to kick me around like that!" She shouted as her breath came short and rapid.

And she quickly regained her momentum, but it was too late as Lucky had morphed his bow out and sent out his fireball as an arrow towards her, as she turned to face him, she came face to face with the sent fire arrow which came in form of a fire wing phoenix, cawing in the air, before piercing through her.

Everything appeared to have paused and be at a halt as she carefully touched where she had been pierced, putting her shaking hands up for her to see, the blood falling from her fingertips as the knowledge struck her that she had actually been pierced and the blood was hers. 

Not accepting her defeat yet, she checked the wound on her chest caused by Lucky's arrow. As she realized the severity of her injury, she looked up at her assaulter. Their gaze met and held for a while, acknowledging the defeat.
