Nyx- Goddess of the Night

It didn't take all too long before Sebastian fell into his temptation. His eyes began to glow red and his sking grew more pale as he lifted Amaia in his arms. He was now standing and her back was against the wall as his mouth worked skillfully in hers. His tongue played with hers and she gave in. "Ouch", Amaia pleaded right after pulling away from him, departing her mouth from his. "You bit me!", she rhetorically stated while holding her lower lip. Sebastian immediately put her gently to her feet. "Princess..are you okay", he regretfully asked as he tried examining what he had done to her. A hint of embarrassment appeared in his voice.

His face turned red immediately but he had instantly wiped it off as he looked at Amaia with a cold and stern face. "This is the last time I'm feeding off of you", he started walking towards his window. He obviously looked worried for he was pacing back and forth. He stared blankly as the clouds began to accumulate. It's as though he controlled them. "What was that? Why couldn't I control myself?", he thought before placing a glance at Amaia. He got way too tempted when she kissed him that he lost all control. "You know that it's not safe if I bight you. Why did you do that?", he asked her looking into her auburn eyes. Amaia stood from where she was and walked towards him. "I wanted you to fully charge. You should be grateful silly. You need the energy.", she stated as her accent began to accumulate. Sebastian's mouth opened as though he was about to say something but he suddenly stopped. He walked past her, towards the table and grabbed a wine glass. He didn't utter anything as he continuously took sips from his glass. His eyes changed color simultaneously. "Believe me or not, but I liked it! So you don't need to feel guilty about it", she said as she walked towards his bed, letting out a smile and a huff.

Amaia was fond of teasing Sebastian. She knew it made him feel at his weakest. "And by the way, before you hoisted me onto your back earlier, I had enough time to grab my Odyssey", she said while holding it in her hands. Excitement rushed in her eyes as she opened the old book.cSebastian had already dropped his glass before he swifted towards the bed. He sat across Amaia, looking at her from a distance as she casually paged through the Odyssey. She looked up to notice just how far he was seated, " What...why are you staring? You voyeur. And why sit so far?", she asked while wriggling across the bed to sit next to him. "I dont-- I don't want you to make any stupid moves again", he said as one of his fingers touched his lip. A hint of embarrassment danced in his eyes. He knew that Amaia wouldnt listen to him, so all he could do was keep it safe. He didn't want to risk turning Amaia into a vampire. "Nonsense... btw, you remind me of one of the Gods that I read about", Amaia said excitedly while looking into Sebastian's eyes. There were back to normal again--gray. "Who?", he asked as his eyes widened in astonishment. "Who else out there is as charming as I am", he asked while holding his face as if soaking in the goodness of his beauty. Amaia looked at him as though he was asinine. "Not that silly. But you remind me of Nyx. The Goddess of the night. She resides in Tartarus. The deepest part of the underworld". "She has a daughter, Hemera. But they never meet. When she enters the Tartarus, Hemera would leave ", Amaia added. It was like day and night.

Sebastian looked at her in confusion. "Then why do I ring a bell in your mind when you think of her", he asked as he raised one of his eyebrows. "You want to stay away from me. Like you're my own Nyx. But the truth is that we're getting married soon", she said slamming her book and heaving a short sigh. "Can you take me home?", Amaia added boredly. Her eyes looked heavy and she pursed her lips. "Of course your Highness ", he added before getting onto his feet again. He signaled for her to climb up onto his back. Amaia grabbed her book before hopping onto his broad and strong back. Sebastian walked towards the large window and with a great deal of energy, jumbed out. He landed on his two feet and began swiftly moving.

Amaia was bewildered. She always got fascinated by his powers and wondered how many more powers he possessed. As he held onto her dearly, he recalled what Amaia had said earlier. It rang through his mind continuously. "Why would she want to be with me? I just don't understand", he thought to himself. She's suppose to be terrified when she saw him. Instead, she was excited. He knew that he was taking a risk by doing this but a feeling of want and desire crept up in his heart everytime he saw or touched Amaia.

*Georgiou Palace*

Sebastian had stopped moving and gently placed Amaia to the ground. "Thank you Sebastian", she said while fixing her gown. She couldn't imagine how she went that whole way with that heavy gown on her body. She showed exhaustion and her body had only begun aching now. Sebastian watched her as she faced down the whole time. He enjoyed watching her during these moments. It made her look tiny and adorable. Like she could be loved. But he didn't at all like what he was feeling. The other feeling of desire, want and temptation. It wasn't safe for Amaia. He cared for her that much. They had begun walking towards the huge gate that was entangled with flowers and vines. Sebastian still had Amaia's hand wrapped in his large one. Walking into the grand palace together, it felt warming for him. He didn't want their little moment to end.

His cold, muscular and angry self subsided whenever he was with Her. "There you go", Amaia said as she placed a night blooming cereus on his head. "I heard that you vampires find it enticing.", she added. Sebastian looked into Amaia's eyes as she looked into his cold ones. They slowly began changing color as he dug deep into her eyes. His fist clenched until his knuckles were entirely white. He was about to say some thing to her, "Princess! There's something that I need to tell you", but before he could continue, they were interrupted by a noice that had come from in front of them.

"Amaia", the voice thundered as it startled the two of them. Turning, they could see Cleo standing at the large golden door. His face mixed with worry and confusion.

"Oh no", Amaia said In a whisper.
