20. Twenty

How is this…? Hyungtae isn't there. Then who will accompany her to check who entered her room? She is forced to put up a steel mentality and return to her room. Whatever happens, she is ready. "Aera, what are you doing?" Asked the man inside, hearing a voice answer it. Aera got goosebumps. It means that an intruder has entered the room. But because the lights in her room are turned off, and only the bedside lamp is on, he can not clearly see the man's appearance. "Who are you? How dare you come into my room. What do you want?" Aera dared to take a step forward.

Her hand swung the baseball bat forward like she was carrying a sword. She is ready to fight now. Though she doesn't know who will win. Luckily she doesn't want to cry out of fear, her soul isn't too crybaby just from fear. But her whole body is drenched in sweat from anxiety.

She sees the man step forward towards the light switch, "Don't move, or I'll hit you with a stick." shouted Aera firmly but clearly sounded nervous. But the man doesn't listen to what Aera said, you stubborn villain. The room light finally came on, and the man slowly walked towards Aera.

Aera is now still closing her eyes. When the light is turned on, she is too scared, so instead of worrying more about her situation, she prefers to just close her eyes. Don't blame Aera, because this is a reflex from her body. Aera knows it is too stupid to close her eyes now, but she can't hold back her fear anymore.

Someone grabbed both of her cheeks and made Aera flinch in surprise. It made her close her eyes tighter. "How long are you going to close your eyes?" Hyungtae's hand remained on Aera's cheek, lifting Aera's face slightly so that Hyungtae could see her face more clearly.

Aera realized the voice of the man in front of her sounded familiar, so she slowly dared to open her eyes. And it is Hyungtae, the only man she thought of when she was scared to death. Without thinking, Aera hugged Hyungtae tightly with her arms wrapped around the man's neck. Then her defense broke, and tears began to roll down her cheeks. Until Hyungtae also felt her shoulder wet from Aera's tears.

Hyungtae is worried when he sees Aera is scared like this. But now he feels excited again because her fierce Aera can be this fragile, even making his shoulders as a support and a place to cry.

Hyungtae couldn't hold back his smile. His hand gently stroked Aera's hair. At times like this, Hyungtae will enjoy Aera's pampering. He won't waste anything. Bastard.

"You are stupid." Aera hit Hyungtae's back while she is still hugging the man tightly. So she wants to hit or hug?? At least do one at a time.
